They have lost my Order for 1 two wheeled Flat Plate 50mm Diameter Castor.
They are rubbish.
So I have used another company website
First time dealing with this company. I needed some stainless steel adjustable feet and searched quite a few websites - some of which I found quite difficult to understand the listed details and relate them to my requirements.
I found it relatively easy to find and order exactly what I required on the Ross Handling site. Price was very reasonable - more so as they had an offer at the time of ordering.
The order was placed on a Sunday and dispatched Monday and received Tuesday.
Nothing more to want!
I would order again from this supplier.
Customer service completely useless. Even the "RossBot" can't be bothered to answer queries!!!
Total waste of time, especially after all the YouTube videos they make ...you think you've hit on just the right site to help you and then you realize that you haven't !!
My first dealing with this company. Yes, it was only for a wheelbarrow tyre and tube, but the item arrived within 48 hours. Couldn't have been any better!

I wish that I had read other reviews before dealing with this company.
I will just say that I found the company to be most unhelpful on two separate occasions and without a shred of regret.
I shall never use Ross Handling again.

Having sent me the wrong item twice Ross asked me to return them which I did but they refused to reimburse me the costs. I don't mind paying if I made a mistake...but as they made two mistakes they should pick up the tab. The mark of a good company is how they handle things when business goes wrong. They were poor. No apologies either from them.
Right Product Good Price and next day delivery - cant fault it! I called the sales team and spoke to a really nice gentleman who made sure the wheels were right for my boat trolley. Will use again.

I ordered some stainless steel castors. They had to be a certain type and size and I found they have a huge range in all different sizes and options. These are top quality items. Delivery was super fast and the product is perfect. Awesome company.
Useless . Used them twice and been unhappy both times . Thought the second time the guy might be having a bad day but no . It s the same . Got the impression he wasn't listing. Wrong name on package . Wrong address and ended up over charged . Try and get your stuff somewhere else
Ordered two trolleys and tried to use discount code 10% off everything. Order went through but with no 10% off. Contacted company to be told trolleys not covered by 10% off everything! I will be handing this, through citizens advice, to trading standards. Ross Handling stopped communicating with me.
I have dealt with Ross Handling before but following this poor, unhonest poor customer service event I will never be dealing with again. I would recommend using someone else.
Ordered a set of 4 castors on 19th July. It was supposedly a 2 day delivery. They didn't arrive. I chased this up but initially got no reply. A second chase up finally received a reply several days later, and I eventually received a delivery from them on 1st August, by which time we'd had to put the project on hold. When I opened the package, they'd only sent me one castor. They are now refusing to send out the rest of the order, and replying with emails that appear to be automated as they're completely ignoring the issues I'm raising.

No problems. Had to change an order, and that went fine.
Wheelchair Castors with 'very specific thread' supplied without nuts. I checked by phone that everything was available to fit, prior to purchase. I paid extra for Sat delivery. Customer Service didn't want to know and said there was no mention of fixing nuts on website, so essentially 'tough'. I've had to source the nuts from specialist supplier. Beware of this.
Product showed as available and I ordered and paid - I then get an e-mail saying its out of stock and dont know when they will get it . Not a true online operator and I suspect doesnt hold stock just resells for product supplier . Admitted in e-mail correspondance they have hundeds of products and operate a manual system !!! say no more
Terrible communication. Bought wheelbarrow tyre two weeks ago with 2 day express postage. Waited a week before contacting to be told there was an issue with the size of the centres of the tyres, but that the use of extra spacers would fix the issue. Requested tyre sent with the spacers and that this would be fine. Rang again a further week later to be told that actually they didn’t have any spacers in stock and would I like a refund.
At no point did Ross Handling ever try to contact me, I’ve had to chase them throughout. Now been without wheelbarrow for two weeks, waiting for refund to go back on my card & having to buy another one elsewhere.
Nice people in the office but absolutely useless organisational skills.
Bought the Brass Castor Wheels 25mm with Screw Fitting, the screw broke in our expensive chair, hence the wheel fell off, and ruin the whole chair.
They refuse to refund us unless we return the wheels, which is stuck in the chair and we cannot take it out without causing more damage to the chair. Very disappointed.
