My last order came with 0.5gm bottles . Why are they smaller? When I placed the order it did not say what size they were. I sent an email to Rossi Au and they said it did have the size but I know that it didn't. I love the colors I got but with small bottles like that, its not very good advertising. I live in NZ and I can only purchase from the Aus site. There is alot of colors that are not being restocked and they are the colors that the majority of us ladies order. So why not bring them back! The holo's are not my thing but at least bring some of the chunky glitters and original powders back instock.

I love the Rossi products but the delivery times are horrendous. I ordered product almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received my products. Rossi needs to get their shipments out sooner to keep customers coming back. I’m at the point of looking for a nee supplier.

I purchased two items thinking from Australia . Taken weeks to get and I'm sent the wrong colours . According to Rossi customer service through emails with a person with very bad broken English informing they are the right ones . They are dull, not glittery and couldn't look any diffrent to the colours I have purchased .

I was very disappointed with this company. First of all, I never received my order, after a couple emails they said since I had waited so long they would resend and give me 2 extra colors. Never happened. In fact, I was short one product that I still have yet to receive (after a year). I have emailed and emailed. Some of the products I received were to thick to even use... They said it was because the product was cold. I live in TX, its not cold! And one color didnt even come with a brush. Again they said the would send another and never received. I wasted a lot of money on their products!!!

Good products. I had a problem with my first order. It got lost but they sent me another package for free with my order. After 2 months I received the initial order with no extra charge. Now I ordered the second time and it arrived surprisingly fast. 3 days.

I bloody love Rossi. Had my nails done for the first. Time. Ever. Was so stoked, finally felt femine, and they snapped in less than a week. I thought gosh, this is going to be an expensive habit... Que rossi. Zero experience doing nails. The first couple tries were very hit and miss, but it's definitely all about practice and refining your technique. Buff and file the crap out of them before the final activator coat and top coat. Makes all the difference. I'm getting over 2 weeks out of a set (with tips). Easy enough to fill them in and refresh them. Totally worth the money, and I love the colour options! Too many to choose from.

Spent roughly $50 on dip powders and a starter kit. Followed prep and applying instructions. The dip powder just falls off of my nails without much effort. Instead of refunding they want to give a $50 gift card to try something else. Id really just like my money back.

I’m new, so still learning how to use the product. I ordered a starter trial pack and my top coat hardened while first using it. The customer care advised me how to prevent it and sent me a new brush for free. I’m happy and over the moon with the customer care - Thank you Rossi nails!

Make sure you watch the videos for tips and tricks - don’t be like me and throw yourself in the deep end with using only the instructions on the box 😂

I am addicted to Rossi nails. Their customer service is a perfect 10. I love the colours and now found the trick of using gel polish with dips and UV light and extremely happy with the ease of application and end result. Keep up the good work Rossi as you have made life easy with home manicure saving us loads of money...well I will be buying more from you anyway. Thank you!

I have never ever ever had even the slightest bad customer service with Rossi. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! They always do whatever it takes to make their customers happy! I refer all my friends to Rossi because I’ve had such a great experience with them! I’ll never go back to the salon!

I thought I’d wait a few months to leave a review, so I could try this out a few times and make a really honest review. First off, it didn’t take too long to ship to me in Canada considering the ongoing pandemic. It took just over 2 weeks. I got everything half off for the Black Friday sale, so it was a great deal! They missed 1 product in the package, but they shipped it to me the next day. Great customer service, super quick to respond. So, I’ve done my nails 4 times now, all different powder colours.
1-Application is super easy, it gets easier each time I do my nails. Just follow directions, and watch a few videos first.
2-Products all work well, I would say the liquids could be more full, the bottles aren’t even 3/4 full. Nail files are awesome. Powder colours I chose all look beautiful.
3-Cracking. I put this on my natural nails, followed everything to a T, and have short sport length nails. I couldn’t make it without having at least 6 nails crack with every application. Yes I mixed well, is shake between, I tried dumping it on nails instead of dipping. Tried 3-4 layers of dip. Always cracked :(
4-Fixing a crack is easy. You just need to do it asap, because it totally destroys your natural nail if the cracked area bends.
5-Lasts 2 weeks max. I couldn’t get these to last longer than 2 weeks, I’m not hard on nails, they just cracked so much and would slowly start to have lifting on cuticular end by 2 weeks.
6-Removal. It takes me at least 30 mins with the acetone/tinfoil method and heat. Just be prepared to sit for a while!
7-Nail health. My nails are not the same. I was warned by a pro it would wreck my nails. It has. I’ll need to wait until they grow out a bit to redo my nails again as they’re too short now. They just keep breaking/ripping off.
I chose 3 stars because I will do them again, even though they crack a lot and my nails are thinner. When I have my nails done, they look awesome! And I get compliments. I’ll just continue to fix cracks, and take breaks between to help my natural nails. I hope this helps anyone considering trying these :)

This company is very fishy. My sister ordered a set and has been waiting for 3 weeks. They say they are an Australian company but after researching I found it is CHINESE. I didn’t understand how they had such good reviews but now I read them and saw they were all done over 1-2 days and are clearly faked by the company. Do not trust them!

I ordered a while ago and the incessant emails prompted me to post my expirence. It took forever to get the product and they were less then helpful with shipping issues and it never worked well even with following the instructions to the T and even having someone else try they never stayed on longer then a few days. I got this due to my normal salon being closed due to covid and for me and my mom to get a shred of normalcy. It was a disaster. Super upset about the quality of the product for the cost
And after the issues with shipping I refused to deal with them again about the quality problem. Don't buy, find a better product.

Really happy with these products! And indeed; it is a bit addictive to have a fabulous manicure every time. I keep ordering new colours, already collected 16 jars in a few months time.. :-) There are is so much choice.

It took some practicing, but practice makes perfect. Or at least, almost perfect, sometimes I still manage to bite one off (but this is my own fault, not rossi's). My nails look and feel natural, feel firm and have a beautiful, salon like shine. Most people are really surprised that I did them myself, since I am absolutely no professional nailstylist. I admit, for real nailart, and complicated designs, nailstylists come in very handy. But in these times, when most of the salons are closed, if you want a professional looking and neat manicure: Rossi Nails is the perfect solution!

I would definetly recommend buying the 6 professional as well, they ensure that you can finish your manicure even better, making it even firmer. By the way, I also had a very good experience with the customer service. It happened once that something went wrong with my order, but after chatting with customer care, this has been resolved perfectly and within an hour of time!

I wasnt sure at first, but I'm glad I tried it! I love the dips. I change colors weekly. They stay on well and look amazing! I'm not a nail tech and I'm not crafty and I can do it! Join the FB group and get inspired!

Such an amazing, easy to work with product. From beginner to expert, this product is great to work with. Range is amazing, and affordable!!!! Customer service is paramount, which is a nice change. You won't regret it.

to be able to afford an amazing quality manicure at home with such professional results is so exciting.
Although my mani easily would last two weeks, I change it every week as I love the convenience, pampering and excitement of trying out a new colour in my own time at home and I have received many compliments and shocked looks when I tell people I do my own nails.
The customer service is outstanding, fast postage in Australia and be warned, the vast amount of colours makes for an addictive habit!

As a chronic nail biter I have spent loads of time and money in nail salons. I was very doubtful that I could do my own nails and have them turn out. Along came Rossi! The system is so easy, the products are high quality and the customer support is amazing!!! Sorry nail techs I won’t be coming back!

I would have never thought dipping my nails was so easy! I would always mess up painting my nails so didn't do it much. Rossi makes it so easy! and their customer service is over the top!
