ROSSI IS THE BEST! I had to learn how to do my own nail due to the pandemic. Rossi was the first company I purchased dipping powders from. They have so many great colors and glitters. Their customer service is unmatched. I have yet to come across a company with better customer service. I highly recommend Rossi.

ROSSI Nails is my favorite brand of dip powders and liquids for many reasons.
First, their color range is vast, from pale to classic to trendy shades in every hue of the rainbow. You can choose subtle colors to bright and sparkly colors. The dip powder texture is creamy but not heavy. The ones with glitter or sparkle don’t emit lots of dust in the air when stirred. They’ve also completely updated their website to show exactly the color of the dip on the nail- no more guessing. Their dip liquids are easy to work with and the lip and neck of the bottles are made to be sure you don’t get too much liquid.
ROSSI customer service is honestly the best in the industry. They not only communicate within hours, they do all they can to resolve any issues or answer any question. They are my first choice in nail dip products and after sampling other brands, are now my only choice of dip powders.

First and foremost, Rossi customer service is the best I have ever encountered. They respond quickly to questions or concerns and will work to make any situation right. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their products over the past several years. The colors are amazing and will last on your nails once you figure out the best method for your nails. Rossi provides ongoing support with tutorials and a community to share tricks and tips with. Being able to control what I put on my own nails, without worrying about cross contamination at a salon is priceless. Not to mention, the finished product is so much nicer! The price point is amazing and Rossi frequently has sales in their products. I will never go to a salon again for my nails. I’m a Rossi dipper for life!

I love Rossi nails! They have so many colors to choose from and their customer service is top notch. Any time anyone has a problem, including me, they are on it right away to make it right. There is sometimes some issues with color consistency, but they are always on top of it to make it right. Most of my dip colors are Rossi. I'm glad they just added the app and I am really glad they listened to their customers and took the time to do REAL swatches of each color instead of the computer generated swatches that were literally nothing like the actual dip powders. I've spent way too much money with them and will continue to do so!

Their customer service is above and beyond and the products are so fabulous that I’ve placed 4 orders since becoming a “Rossi Babe” at Christmas! The friendly and fun way they engage on social media really makes a massive impact on how much time I spend in the group as I just love their posts and comments! Incredible company and out of this world customer service!!! If they accidentally miss something/make an error in your order they will send you the replacement product-no questions asked! My dog spilled one of my dip powders, Rossi reached out to me and sent me a complete new one!! Their community page on social media is super helpful and Rossi is always giving tips/tricks and responds to just about every post! It is very hard to find a company like this nowadays. INCREDIBLE!

Introduced to Rossi on xmas and now was on my 6th order :p Nails dipping system are easy and fun to use. Shipping is quick as it is dispatched from Aussie. Have a very friendly and supportive customer service team and fb community page. Only downside is you might be addicted to it and keep making new orders!!

A friend introduced me to Rossi at the beginning of the pandemic. With extra time on my hands I needed something to do. I got a set of 6 colors and essential starter kit and fell in love on the first dip. I am hooked for life. Customer Service is also excellent. I learn a lot from the Facebook page. I save hundreds on my nails and I have already started doing nails for my sister. I get compliments wherever I go.

I’ve been using Rossi product for 5 months now and am very impressed. The product is easy to use, good quality and exactly as described. Their shipping is always prompt and all parcels are packed securely.
The customer service cannot be faulted. The effort they make to with their YouTube channel and Facebook page is unheard of.
