Ross sports is my go to place for my top quality parts needed for my evos if I’m unsure what I need then I send them an email or call and they sort out what I need I’m building my evo x with parts from Ross sports and putting on social media to see top quality and easy fit I would highly recommend this place for parts for your high performance cars what you waiting for go for it I did
First time I've used them, still waiting for the part after a month, communication from them is appalling, one says it's on it's way then another says not and will give eta. Still no eta. This is a warning if you use them!

We would just like to clarify the facts here.
Your order was placed 5th September 2022 - It was for a special order Titon part. Tilton is an American company and special order parts need to be imported accordingly.
On the 29th Of September you cancelled your order and wrote this review on the same day. Your cancelation was accepted, and refund was initiated immediately.
We take our customer service very seriously and are sincerely sorry that we weren't able to fulfil your order faster. However In our opinion your review is very harsh given the facts. It seems you do make a habit of leaving bad reviews for companies looking at your other feedback submitted to Trustpilot.
