Rota Central has completely changed how we organise our volunteers. Volunteers now sign up for shifts online, so we no longer have to deal with endless email chains. We can see right away which shifts are covered, and the system sends out reminders for us. It only takes a few minutes to find someone to cover a shift, not weeks, and everyone finds the system easy to use.

It’s made life so much simpler for our team. It helps us keep everything running smoothly. We honestly don’t know how we managed without it!

We are fairly new to using RotaCentral, but we are really impressed with the system. All of our library volunteers are using the system to book shifts, because it’s easy and intuitive. Setting up the rota was simple and the support I have received from Ilana has been excellent. I would highly recommend the system and the support has been exceptional.

We have been using RotaCentral for a year now and it makes coordinating our front of house volunteers for our performances so simple and straight forward. There were a few who found it took a while to get used to it but in the end they have become familiar with being able to login, accept shifts, confirm shifts etc. We have also set up a separate rota for training so people can sign up for first aid training etc which also acts as a record of their attendance. We can easily identify those who have volunteered the most by using the statistics function. There have been a few upgrades where we get alerts which we have found useful. Even when some people reply to the email that says please don't reply the team notify us so we don't miss out on communication. A great application for a very reasonable price.

We use Rota Central to manage our volunteers. It has been transformative. We are able to set up different roles and shifts to meet the theatre's needs and ensure every show is perfectly staffed. Highly recommended

Having inherited RotaCentral from my predecessor, I'd had no training on how to use it. I've used the Helpdesk support a number of times over the last year and have always received a very quick response, solving the problem or giving me advice, often receiving a follow up email to check that what I'd wanted to do worked in practice. Recently, I wanted to know whether the system could be adapted to my organisation's specific needs. Within a day or so, a Zoom call was arranged so that staff could understand my needs to see whether there were any existing ways that could be tailored. If not, they would look at whether an enhancement could be written into the system. The call lasted 90 minutes and could not have been more helpful. RotaCentral go above and beyond with personalised help to try to enable you to achieve your goals - all at a very reasonable price for the package.

The initial support and training via Zoom during the trial period and after have been excellent. It is easier to manage than the system we had previously for managing regular horse care shifts at the RDA yard. The improved take-up rate by volunteers not only suggests that they find it easier to use but also reduces the administrative burden as there is less chasing to do.

A simple and cost effective platform for our volunteers to book their shifts on. Clear instructions for the volunteers and staff of our charitable organisation on how to use the platform. If you have a question which needs answering, the response time is very quick allowing you to continue swiftly and effectively. RC is also very competitively priced and affordable.

Rota Central is a fantastic rota which has freed up a lot of my time processing a manual rota. Paul was very helpful setting up the rota to work how we needed it to, and is always on hand if I have any enquires.

Easy for both managers & volunteers!
been using this for two years now to organise large events with upto 180 volunteers. its easy and you can view on your mobile just as easy as a laptop. no more carrying around sheets of paper i simply send out a request for help and people sign up. I can then see in real time what people are doing and where they are meant to be. rota can also easily be shared securely with my Team leaders so they can see who they are working using a simple password. 5 Stars!

This has to be the best online Rota system for volunteers EVER! It's so simple to use both for the volunteers and the administrators. I can't praise it enough and the support we've received from Paul is exceptional.

RotaCentral is absolutely amazing! Wonderfully helpful people. I would not wish to go back to the dreaded Excel sheet. Would recommend highly, particularly if you have a high number of staff to rota on a regular basis. It take all the hassle out of it!

I volunteer at a community organisation as an administrator, helping run several volunteer rotas ranging in size from 10 to 200 participants. I have used both the sign-up version and the auto-allocation versions of rotacentral. Having previously had to use other processes, I am so grateful for all the features that rotacentral provides.

The time I spend running these rotas is now a fraction of what it was, as so much of the labour-intensive work is automated.

The self-service aspects for the volunteers not only saves us time but has improved the reliability of people turning up for duty. I also take rota shifts myself and see first hand how easy it is to use from the other side.

The best part is that it is so easy to use from my phone, so that I can dip in and out wherever I am and have so much more flexibility.

I would highly recommend rotacentral for all your rota needs, especially as the customer service is excellent and you get personal help setting up and getting started if you need it.

RotaCentral is a great system for managing one or multiple rotas across multiple sites. In the current, fast-changing environment it has been easy to start and stop rotas, and adapt to new requirements. Working with the RotaCentral team, they have been extremely responsive to feedback and helpful to resolve any issues and provide guidance and training. The recent updates have made the user experience even better than it was previously, and the development cycle of improvements is frequent and communicated effectively.
