The communication with the company and the shipping of the product is fantastic. Unfortunately both paints I ordered did not match my two bikes. My first order was for my specialized E5 comp gravel bike. The color Maroon. The color was close but slightly too red when I applied it. No amount of adding additional coats could make the color darker. I contacted the company and they were awesome with their response and refunded the money. I saw that they had the color, black magic, for my Cannondale SuperSix Evo so I ordered it thinking that since black magic is a dark gray glitter paint, the color would match extremely close. Unfortunately when the product arrived, the tube looked too black so I tested it on scrap metal. I did primer, paint, clear gloss and unfortunately the color sent is just black, no glitter. I've contacted the company and am waiting for instructions to return the paint.

Quality paint, clear, & primer. Color match very close (not perfect). I’d say 90%. Still giving 5 stars due to being a 3rd party getting so close to the color is impressive. Shipping not bad - Europe to US under 2 weeks.

Color Match was PERFECT.
The Clear Coat was Milky and not sure if it were going to dry clear so I did not use it...but, I would buy again.

Although the product (Bike Color for Cannondale) unfortunately didn’t fit my bikes color, the customer service was quick and very kind (thanks to Olaf) and I received a refund without asking for it. That’s really cool. I highly recommend this company.

It is totally the wrong paint. They have yet to get back with me. I have a gray specialized P3 and they sent me black paint. I'll give more stars if they correct the situation. Hopefully there is a Lifeline here somewhere.

In the beginnig it was a little tricky with the ordering but after regestraition everthhing was fine. In germany we dont have any company witch delivers the colours

Colors are a very close match. Definitely looks better since I spot fixed small dings but you can see the difference to the original paint

Well I have not had a chance to use the product yet and to be frank, shipping to so long I forgot I had ordered the darn stuff. Since it appears to be not made in china, I will take at face value that it will be a good product as promised.

Good match, not perfect but this was a hard to find paint color for my bicycle

The website was perfect for selecting an exact match for the make and model of my bike. It also set out clearly how to determine if I needed primer (which I did need). The online instructions for application were clear and easy to follow. The finished touch up was perfect.
