unsafe especially for women

BEWARE! 7315 Bennett Ave Austin texas 78753

My daughter, a fourth-year medical student, stayed here for a one-month rotation. The unit is across from a homeless shelter in an area even hospital staff warned was unsafe, and the gate opens slowly, making night entry risky. The apartment was dirty, the Murphy bed extremely uncomfortable, and the windows didn’t lock. I purchased and left a mattress topper and pillows but received only a $15 refund of my $100 deposit. I would not recommend this location for a single woman

Great place for USC away

Karla is very on top of things and responsive! The room and apartment were clean, and well furnished! I would happily stay again if I had a rotation at USC. Slightly too far to walk but one can rent a car or use uber (get uber one).

Excellent service and endless opportunities

As a host, rotating room has been a great opportunity for me to help medical students rotating through major hospitals in the city I live in for over 7 years now.

I enjoy hosting and meeting a variety of medical students and professionals and have cultivated great relationships. Rotating room is a reliable and safe source to receive the best connections. Their website is easy to use and their customer service has been impeccable. They have been a wonderful resource to expand my network and income. I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in subletting or renting an extra room for amazing people who go out to help the world be a better place.

Rotating Room —a housing friend in need.

Rotating Room is a fine, trustworthy, and supportive housing service especially for our medical students and professionals. The web interface is a secure operation through which safe connections can be made between those seeking housing and those hosting in their homes. I’ve found no better service that meets the needs of our medical communities and the hosts that welcome them. It’s truly a relief to let RR take care of the details so that we can focus on the important—our guests, their comfort, and the support they need during VERY intensive work schedules.

I recommend Rotating Room with the warmest enthusiasm.

Great Platform

We've been using RR for 3 years and have had great success with the quality of our guests --most of them medical students on rotations, some international students. It would greatly improve the site if there was a rating system for the landlords and the guests. With all the schemes going on out there, it would be nice to have another layer of information so everyone could have an idea about each other.

Great website to find 1-month renters

I have been renting a room in my 3-bedroom house for the last 1.5 years, mainly to med students on rotating internships. Great experience. Students are very responsible, clean and busy. Really a great service and will continue to use!

RR in Columbus

We’ve been using RotatingRoom.com for past 5 years and it’s been an excellent experience. The healthcare students have all been really nice and studious. It would be helpful for students if the rentals had a rating from prior students, and for renters to have a rating of the students. It’s helpful to know a little bit about the students when they inquire about availability. And the students would probably like to know length of RotatingRoom membership and profession of the owner.

As an Administrator at a major public…

As an Administrator at a major public university, I've been partnering with Rotatingroom since August of 2022. A number of medical students (domestic and international) have reported a positive experience on the platform and have specifically noted it's easy to navigate, housing locations are convenient, and communication with the Customer Success team is timely and thorough.
