I used this company for a will three years ago without any problems. However, I now need to amend the will.
I phoned five times over three days and couldn't get hold of the one person who deals with wills. She was constantly unavailable. A ring back never came. It was obvious that they didn't want my business. I'll take it somewhere that does. Don't waste your time with them.

I recently purchased an Auction property , it was unconditional auction so completion was 4 weeks , financed via Bridging. I wanted to use a local Conveyancer due to the non standard nature of the purchase as it was a high risk for me .

It ended up being very complex and with the lenders throwing just about every curve ball imaginable at us

Over the last few years I have had to use their services several times. LPA’s, probate and general advice by Lorna Bowen.Three house sales and one purchase by John Falencki. All were handled very professionally with no problems. There were also many other members of staff who assisted with the sales and grant of probate and also writing of wills. Their professionalism stands out when seen against the quality of the buyers and sellers solicitors they dealt with on my behalf. I also found the fees charged to be very reasonable. I would have no qualms about recommending this legal firm to anyone.
