Rothwell of San Francisco/Watch case company.

Sent an email into customer service about one watch cushion of the watch case that broke at the seem. Got an actual response from the owner very quickly, the company promptly sent me not one but 4 new cushions which was over and above what I asked for. I highly recommend the Rothwell company of San Francisco for anyone needing a nice watch case. The brown leather case has beautiful stitching and nice pullout drawer and holds 12 Diver or Dress watches with glass cover. They offer other sizes as well. Great company & customer support.
