amazing customer service, my contact Franz Albiez was extremely helpful in helping me understand what parts i needed and they were ordered the same day, i had been trying to find a solution for weeks and all my issue were solved in 1 day due to Franz's help.

I was in need of new Roto plastic hinge covers. Firstly I needed to reassure them it indeed were Roto parts I needed. After that they did me an offer of which half was correct; of the other half the shapes didn't add up but more importantly, the dimensions were different according to other websites which I visited as the Roto website does not provide any data on dimensions (why?). Despite me sending them images of the (f)actual dimensions, comparing to the found data regarding the alternative parts they offered, they didn't grant my request of verification but just assumed they were right, and instead advised me to order and contact them if the dimensions were indeed wrong. Where is the logic in that? It seems they just can't be bothered.

Extremely low quality rollo for such a high price! 300 Euros!
If you know any alternative, don't try your luck with Roto.

Don't buy doors and windows using parts from Roto. They don't work and break easily. On top of that their customer service simply ignores requests.

Never had anything but issues with our windows and doors with parts from Roto. They require a ton of adjustments, and doors only open and close correctly with millimeter precision adjustments. And then once the weather changes and it becomes hot outside, all of the adjustments need to be redone. Those adjustments then don't work in the evening once it cools down. Avoid Roto at all costs; it is over-engineered and just a bad user experience. I never had these issues with windows and doors using parts from other companies.
