Arrogant condescending support

After buying stuff for a few years, it has been mostly positive. Thomas is excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bad is the owner David. He is arrogant and condescending.

I purchased a defective flight controller, the USB pins just pushed out the back of the socket. When I brought it back to Rotorgeeks, David just criticized my solder joints and said I must have done it.
If I had purchased the item from Aliexpress like Rotorgeeks does, I would had a full refund and a new FC.
Luckily the fine folks at Rotorquest helped out and I'm back in the air. I will never return to this store again.
