I paid in full for a pair of trainers, which never arrived. I tried to contact them to ask where they were, I received no replies and no refund. Incredibly disappointing, do not buy from this website.
Items arrived twice damaged. No exchange or refund as the customer service doesn't answer you. I send them several emails with picture attached of the damaged products. SCAM. Don't order there.
Took AGES to arrive from China. Doesn’t resemble advertised product, just Chinese junk, don’t bother.
An absolute scam. The item took over 1 month to arrive and was nothing like the images on the website. The items were shown made of heavy duty cotton whereas the item that arrived were very poor quality thin polyester? with unfinished seams. No communication.

It looks like an NZ company but it's based in China. If you place an order you'll get one email and then never hear from them again, and the shipping will show as "processing" forever. They don't respond to emails.
