Rotu is a scam site.

My partner had ordered stained glass birds from this site. After a long delay what arrived was a piece of painted metal. They are refusing to give a refund until we send the item back to china at our own expense.

Rotu.io makes total scam website sale

This company advertised on Twitter two stained glass birds on a branch, sold as an ornament. What arrived was nothing like it! Instead of stained glass birds they sent a thin 2D piece of stamped metal sheet with a picture printed on it. The item cost £25 plus £5 postage It took a week or more longer to arrive than it said and is a virtually worthless, shoddy piece of pressed sheet metal. It's nothing like the advertisement photograph which shows a 3D item made of glass and bronze coloured metal. This is black painted, 2D metal sheet with a coloured picture of the item ordered printed on it. It does not match the item description or the photograph shown at point of sale.

It's a complete scam!
Update: Seller insists item is the one ordered, despite it being completely different and requests it's return to China for a refund but will not pay shipping. A second reply sent to my husband offers a refund ONCE the complaint had been withdrawn. 😡
