Great Quality & Service

Having only purchased a small value item it still got the same great service as if i'd spent a lot, well packag.ed and super fast tracked delivery. Oh! and the item itself just as described and in perfect condition

I never thought I'd have a favourite…

I never thought I'd have a favourite retailer on eBay, but here I am writing a review for them. I have to say that I've never before had such good customer service, as well as prompt delivery, from a retailer. Top marks and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent Shopping Experience

I bought an item from Rouge Technologies eBay selling store: the shopping experience was excellent. Even though I found out that the product I bought had a manufacturer's fault, nothing to do with
Rouge Technologies, the Customer Service Team was very prompt in providing the right solution to the problem. Plus, they enclosed a small Haribo sweet packet in my parcel: a very unexpected yet pleasant surprise. Thanks a lot for everything!
