all good had to wait 4 weeks for a rack sack but i did get it in the end

The website is very poor I had to go through the whole pages to find items dont come up when u search it’s a complete mess so form of order not even I’m school order I feel UUU need to sort out your on line page and u would be a lot busier ! People are out off bothering when such a hassle I stuck to it as I need the items urgently however if this was not essential I would of given up and looked else where I am still waiting for my order also

Had to wait over 1 week for delivery. Next day delivery option would've have been great.

I’m disappointed with the sizing. The difference between sizes is large so they are either too small or too big. The 9-10 cardigan is ok but the 9-10 polo shirt is way too baggy. I also cannot find information about returns on the delivery note or the email receipt. Please advise how I can return if exchange a postal order.

Overpriced for quality.
Spent over £50 and the free gift was a flimsy measuring tape.

It’s very tricky to find the school uniform I require. When I type in the school I’m searching for, all other schools show up too!

I was kept updated throughout my orders and the one item that was delayed I was given the option of refund or to wait. I chose to wait and received two calls updating the process.

Staff in store are rigid and unhelpful. Select items only available online and not in store. Purchases made online cannot be returned in store. Receipt missing from package delivered and staff refused to provide refund or exchange despite evidence items were new and tags in place. Also two week window to return items irrespective of whether unworn and tags in place after this date. Materials are synthetic and average quality.

This place a joke 2nd year running don’t get uniform till October when ordered in august

They were a bit slow at delivery plus sent wrong tie and didn't send my child's cardigan but it was all sorted out

Absolutely amazing! We’ve used rough cuts for the whole family since it opened and they are absolutely brilliant, for the first time I did an order online a few days ago and I’ve got the order already! Also the jumper wasn’t in stock but they wrote it on the paper that it will be delivered when in stock and it came yesterday! X
