Outstanding Customer Service
I’m disabled and the products I was looking for were down stairs. Both staff members (young people) were exceptionally helpful, they took time out to help me down the stairs, got me a chair and then stayed with me helping to select appropriate products. I honestly felt like I had my own personal shopper!

Good communication and quick delivery
Roulette quickly informed me that an item I’d ordered was out of stock, they gave me various options and quickly refunded the money when they were unable to help. All items delivered very quickly.

Items delivered in good condition but box was a little crumpled (trainers).
Delivery well within specified times. Evri driver rang bell and didn't wait around long, leaving box behind plants at front of property. Only found because got email saying package delivered. Made me look more thoroughly. Would use Roulette again, but wouldn't rate Evri as one of the better couriers (similar issues previously, and unable to change delivery dates)

I wasn't happy with sales assistant quetioning me if I had money to pay for my goods. I had money to buy and bought it but as a customer I am free to bronzing anyway.
