Can’t I give no stars - no one seems to care.
Can’t I give no stars? In the past, I’ve had good experiences when I’ve ordered things which makes this all the more disappointing. I ordered and paid for a t-shirt three weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I’ve emailed four times and each time they respond by saying they’ve passed my concern onto the “volata” team who’ll be in touch -but they never do make contact. They then ask me to rate their service presumably for me to say I’m delighted. How can I be pleased with an automated response? I keep asking for someone to take responsibility for this and sort it out. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years but if this is how their service is going then I’ll not shop with them again.
