Slick quick responsive patient

Fast cheap very slick. They get better prices than others or online and respond really fast.

The outstanding service we received from Benny from the very first phone call to the tickets being issued, was absolutely faultless. The attention to detail, and the swiftness of responses and turnaround times were exceptional. What a refreshing experience in the travel industry, and an absolute pleasure to deal with an Australian based and Australian staffed company. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using Roundabout Travel, with some complexity in our RTW trip plans for next year. Rachael was very responsive & knowledgeable, with a suggestion that would have saved us a big chunk of money with an alternate airline. In the end we chose a package that offered us the convenience we wanted with mostly daytime flying (our choice) with civilised departure times. This was still at very competitive pricing with the airlines we particularly wanted. A great professional job from Rachael who followed through our booking process from start to finish…….🌈😎

First time using a travel agent (always preferred the DIY approach), and very happy with our experience. We were able to adapt our initial (not fully-formed) idea for a RTW trip as we iterated the itinerary with Hannah, adding in an additional stop, extending stopovers, and making the trip a much more valuable experience for almost no change in cost. Highly recommended! (Not flying until next year, so only commenting on the booking experience)

We have used Flatbeds several times and had great experiences. However our latest experience when trying to book a RTW ticket was far from the normal service. Madeliene kept trying to help us get our RTW ticket issued and escalated to management. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the airline (Turkish) not issuing tickets and we come to realise this was not the fault of Flatbeds nor Madeleine who tried all options for us. Once again Flatbeds provided a solid service for us, we were left in the cold, without a RTW ticket by Turkish Airlines....

They are always prompt, friendly, efficient and really work to ensure the best price for my travel.
They offer options on stopovers and destinations to assist me

She provided a prompt, detailed and no-frills reply to our questions associated with possible stopovers enroute to our end destination.
