The end to end process selling a Roundhouse ticket using their recommended Twickets was very time consuming and stressful, in part because the you use your own ticket system I suspect. It took me ma... See more

What a pathetic company I will never go…
What a pathetic company I will never go a concert again it’s like mastermind to get yer tickets and they did not even send email with them yer book hotels etc there hopeless I have lost the will to live today yer can’t email or contact them . Concerts are meant to be a fun night out it’s so hardwork with all theses stupid apps that don’t work. I loved music and concerts all my life but I am truly done I will never go a concert again the reason is because it’s just don’t work anymore it’s not fun anymore. As they say. The day the music diyed 🤣😞😞😞
Its the usual review about tickets ng…
Its the usual review about ticketing -Ihad an e-mail on the day of the gig tickets will appear at 5 it said-they did not -drove to london got to the venue at 7.30 -tickets still not on the phone-this would have been a one star at that point but helpful staff were avalible at the venue so its a 3 star -the venue is great btw -obviously you cannot contact them or any other venue or ticket agent if you have an issue and the chat bot like all others is crap -no doubt they will say people want to deal with everything digitally and they do until there is an issue -then the whole thing falls down and becomes unnessarilly stressful particularly if you have a round trip of over a 100 miles to the venue and have to take the chance it will be sorted on the day.
Awful experience at Marillion gig
Awful experience at Marillion gig. Made to queue in pouring rain for over an hour. Missed support act. Deaf ears by reception staff. How can you justify such poor customer care? Never again
impossible to contact anyone
awful mobile booking experience meaning no way to see which seats you’re getting until the email confirmation - at which point i can see they’ve split up my group unnecessarily. as per other messages, they’ve made it impossible to contact anyone, instead relying on some shoddy chatbot that’s only purpose in life is to make you even more frustrated. an iconic venue alright, but what on earth are they playing at with customer service?
all phone numbers available on the internet have been disconnected, as has their email system. all customer service enquiries it seems now all have to go through the chatbot. will anyone ever get back to me? who knows. whoever’s running this place should be ashamed (and out of a job).
Fab venue but beware of the ordering system
I love the venue and they put on great shows, but have had a very bad experience ordering tickets - there’s no phone number to get support with ordering a ticket, no information at the point of ordering or on the FAQ pages about how to order seated vs standing tickets - I added a note to my order as well as sending an email that I would need seated tickets for my under 18 child. I didn’t receive a reply until a week later, informing me that seated tickets had sold out and I’m stuck with the tickets I have - with no refund options. I feel misled and very upset.
Virtually impossible to sell tickets…
Virtually impossible to sell tickets and get any support. No phone number to speak to anyone. This set up is connected to the Twickets website, who were even less helpful but they too had no telephone support. Won't be using either company again.
Show cancelled due to covid
Show cancelled due to covid. Finally offered a refund after two years as they will not be putting the show on. Accepted the refund and told it could take eight weeks. After eight weeks I contacted to ask where my refund is and am now told it’s been processed and can take upto ten days to process. Having a laugh are you? It’s my money that you have had for two years. Totally outrageous
UNBELIEVABLE
You might not even believe what i have to say in this review. It was February 2023 and i was waiting to receive two tickets for a Weyes Blood gig in the evening. I actually had decided that i would not go as i was ill, but i wanted to forward the tickets to my friend. The "deadline" for receiving the tickets was 5 pm on the evening of the gig. If you dont get them, the instructions were to contact the box office. But here is the thing, you cant contact them - no telephone, no chat or speedy response email - nothing. The tickets did not arrive. I contacted my friend and suggested i send the original ticket confirmation to him to take to the box office - he said (understandably) that he wasnt convinced that the box office would give them to him because the ticket confirmation was not in his name. This is the thing - if there is a problem the onus is on YOU to sort it out. The Roundhouse only provides barriers, not solutions. But you have not heard it all - despite never receiving the tickets, the following morning i received an email from The Roundhouse asking " Did i enjoy the concert? " UNBELIEVABLE isnt it? I have sent them two emails on this and i do not expect they will respond. I do not expect they will respond to this either. It would be nice to get an acknowledgement of this and a refund for the tickets but I expect I never will. I have been going to gigs all my life at The Roundhouse, one of my favourite concert venues i London. I will never do so again. If you book tickets with them you may a) not get them or b) have a very stressful experience trying to get them. Dreadful.
RANT OF THE DAY
RANT OF THE DAY
Having purchased Sister Sledge tickets from The Roundhouse in Camden we are unable to travel due to the Rail strike today. The Roundhouse does not have a telephone number for their Box Office to speak with an actual person (Ridiculous)!! No Refund allowed or exchange for another event either; this information was sent via email. Most frustrating to lose the money on which has been spent on a treat to ourselves. ☹
When their shows are cancelled and…
When their shows are cancelled and postponed, and you ask for a refund because you cannot make the new venue or date they refund the ticket but not your booking fee which is a substantial amount. On the other hand a venue like KOKO will not steal your booking fee. I am never booking a Roundhouse concert again. Especially because for some reason post-covid - artists seem to have gone “goblin mode” and cancel concerts at the drop of a hat. So I will stick to venues that give you a full refund.
UTTERLY SHABOLIC! UTTERLY DISCRACEFUL!
UTTERLY SHABOLIC!
They are Disorganised, their ticketing system doesn't work and when their systems fail, they are rude to and blaim their customers!
I go to gigs for a little light relief and respite from my busy, stressful life. I Do Not Need the extra stress!!! Plus, as a Paying Customer, paying Their wages, I do Not expect to be treated like scum.
In a word (or two)... Utterly Discraceful!
No support whatsoever
No support whatsoever. Plenty of resources to put into all its, no doubt, worthy causes but if you're just a mug who's funding the thing through buying tickets, don't expect any appropriate help. Very poor. And of course, they're one of these companies that hide their phone number. Just in case there's a risk that you'd get to speak to them and they'd have to sort things out.
Gig cancelled last minute, no support, no refund.
I was due to see Interpol on 14th of June,
The gig was cancelled less than an hour before it took place.
I didn't find out until I was at the venue.
I travelled from Liverpool to see it, £100s wasted on accommodation and travel.
The venue posted a 2 sentence explanation 9 days ago saying gig was cancelled due to illness.
They have not given any updates or written to me since. Just dropped a bomb shell then ghosted it.
They have also been ignoring me emails.
I have not received a refund.
The venue could have handled this better, 45 minutes notice is unacceptable.
Poor experience
Website crashed. Customer service link on website doesn't work and box office number has a recorded number saying it is closed. You really want to support the arts but sometimes its hard
Warning: obstructed views!
The upper floor is rather detached and, worst of all, there is a row of columns between you and the stage so if you're unlucky there might well be a column or 2 blocking your view of part of the stage. THERE SHOULD BE A WARNING when you buy your ticket that your seat has an obstructed view. The staff were lovely and when I complained, they gave me a different seat - but that was obstructed too! Luckily, my event (the Specials) was not full and I was able to sit in another seat! The venue was nice enough but not as charming as I remember it in the 1970s.
I ordered tickets 4 months in advance
I ordered tickets 4 months in advance, and they didn't turn up.
I emailed 3 times and only received a reply on the 3rd email.
I then called. The call was terminated.
Then I finally get to speak to a woman with a US accent who keeps talking over me while I'm trying to explain. Very ignorant attitude.
They claim to have sent the tickets out, but they haven't.
Would assume the reason they have guidance on their ticket site about calling them if you haven't received tickets 7 days before the gig, is because this has happened so many times before.
I asked for them to be re-sent to me. They won't do it.
I asked if I can pick up at Box Office tomorrow. No, not until 2 hours before the gig.
I ask for a refund. No. they don't do refunds.
I paid 'fees' on this ticket and now I have to go to the Box Office on the night after 5.30pm. I don't finish work until 6pm, so I have to try and make time to pick up tickets I ordered 4 months in advance because of their general levels of shabbiness.
Unbelievably amateurish.

I visited here a wile back and had a really good evening.
Be careful of ID requirement when buying tickets!
I’m a doctor working shifts and I didn’t realise the ID requirement when I bought the tickets, regrettably I had to work so that meant myself and my party I couldn’t attend the show, I usually look out for this when I buy tickets but didn’t see it this time, only realised when the tickets arrived.
I have just looked at booking process and I see if you book on your phone (which I did) you probably won’t see the T&Cs as you have to scroll down 3 pages to get to that bit. Roundhouse - please make any important T&Cs clear in the booking process so others don’t get caught out like I did!
