App was easy to download and reviewing the information was very informative

Can't get any IT help and Product doesn't work. Adobe 2023 Pro is a scam. Will have to call credit card company to get money back hopefully.

I have installation problems with MacOS Monterrey. The submitted paths for copying files are wrong. I am now waiting for more than 24h for a response

I was provided with a product that would not activate: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.

Detailed instructions were provided which I followed carefully. Unfortunately, at the end of it all, I had a significant amount of files downloaded and installed but did not have access to the full paid version. The support team was initially responsive but stopped answering after two emails. When I attempted to return to their website, I received an error message.

I was a little hesitant to try it due to some negative reviews. The purchase went well and I got my activation key very fast. Some reviews mentioned you need to use phone activation. I receive instructions via email that include phone activation. In my case, it was only necessary to enter a code. simple and fast.

The product key received did not work. The error message said that the product key was invalid because the product key had been used the maximum number of times permitted by Microsoft. I replied to the email. I let them know the problem and requested a new product key, but I have not received any response yet.

UPDATE:
I received a notice that my email to Roundretail was not delevered. So, I sent them another email with cc to myself to check its delivery. They sent me an instruction immediately to use another method to activate the software by calling Microsoft. I followed the instruction and activated the software. However, I still think it shouldn't be to use another method. So, I changed my rating from one star to three stars.

Value for money purchase of MS Office 2021 Professional. Excellent support from round retail in helping with instructions to activate the product through Microsoft.

Installation of Office 2021 was not straightforward. But, for each hiccup, the instructions did give an appropriate workaround.

It was easy and inexpensive. It took a bit too long to get the kink to download the product

Roundretail is a legitimate company and web site with great customer service. I was hesitant initially to purchase Microsoft Office from them because it had such a low price. After doing some research to make sure it was not a scam, I found out that Roundretail was 100% legitimate site. I purchased my product and had initially some technical issues to activate it so I emailed customer service and they were prompt and very helpful at resolving the issue and help me activate my product.

Telephone activation process is little bit long, but with your well written instructions, make it easy.

Got the license key that I ordered. However, I had to use the telephone activation method, which is not much fun.

where is my code? I purchase a digital code for Office but nothing has been sent to me nor any reply has been given to my chat or email.

Got it next day. Haven't loaded it yet. Great price for it

It took me a little longer to get everything up and running but the instructions/directions were spot on.
