Website easy to navigate. Pictures and descriptions clear. Check out quick and easy too. The horse head arrived well packaged but sadly damaged. One phone call to Round Wood was all it took to get a replacement and collection arranged. Staff were professional and very understanding of my time constraints and worked around them easily. The second horse head was perfect. I am delighted with it. A fabulous addition to my garden. Would I recommend this company? Based on this experience, absolutely. You can buy with confidence.
