Great Service
I thought Kimpton and Elvis were friendly, professional and took real care with my new sofa bed, unpacking and demonstrating how to use it. They showed respect for myself and my property, and had contacted me twice whilst en route with an ETA. I am very happy with the service and communication I received from this Company.
Great service and delivery
Great service...called me 10mins before arriving. Very friendly and took care bringing it into our house and setting sofa bed up. Gave me a run through of how to operate the bed. Took all the packaging away. Could not be faulted.

The two guys delivering and assembling our kitchen island were brilliant! Quick simple delivery, quick competent assembly, totally recommended on all levels. Terrific!

Unhelpful Drivers
Despite sending the three little words location, the driver still went to the wrong address. My neighbour pointed them in the right direction. The driver and his mate wanted me to sign the delivery paperwork before they had offloaded the delivery but they didn't appear to own a pen. They were delivering a gazebo in two heavy boxes. They offloaded them into the middle of my driveway. I requested they put them into my garage which was about 8 feet away. They said they couldn't because the boxes were too heavy to move. I pointed out they had just lifted them off the van and seemed to manage that ok. The driver then suggested I break open the boxes and move the contents inside piece by piece. I pointed out that wasn't really practical. Finally they said they would move them out of the goodness of their hearts but were not supposed to. I then signed the paperwork after finding a pen and off they drove. I have recieved large deliveries before and never had a problem with drivers putting items in my garage. The first thing they usually say is"where do you want me to put the delivery" Not in this case. Never recieved a delivery like this before. I do hope the gazebo is better quality than the delivery driver and his mate.

Professional Delivery by Route 1, excellent communication by the two polite and skilled gentlemen who did their utmost to get our sofa bed up six flights of stairs.
Explained the mechanism and took all packaging away, we were super happy!

Regular delivery updates and efficient service
I was regularly updated about dates and times of delivery. It was challenging to install the sofa bed in my (flat) bedroom but the delivery men persevered and managed to get it in without any damage, although it took about 40 minutes!

Great company. Kept informed all the way through the process. Tracking was exceptional. Drivers called with updates. Great friendly delivery drivers who went the extra mile with a particularly bulky item. I wish they were all like this.

Was able to re-arrange booking date after confirming due to an issue getting parking arranged.
Delivery team were communicative about arrival times and were polite friendly and helpful in getting the sofa and sofa bed through a narrow hall. Really pleasant experience.

Superb Delivery
Clear delivery time and a call when 25 mins away. The drivers were excellent and went above and beyond to get the sofa bed upstairs in a 1700s cottage! They were professional throughout and re assembled the sofa bed when they got it upstairs! Absolutely fantastic service! Thank you to them both!

Excellent service delivering our new multi-game arcade machine. They rang at 9 on the morning of delivery and said they would be there around 4. Rang again 10 mins before arrival. Perfect delivery - wish other couriers were as good!

Kimpton and Elvis are the first delivery men who have ever moved furniture into my house without damaging anything. They were absolutely fantastic and aside from their heavy-lifting skills they were both incredibly friendly and so obliging. Best service ever.

Delivery 13+ hours ahead of agreed time.
The men who delivered our furniture were courteous and helpful, but they arrived 13+ hours before the scheduled delivery time slot of 7-10am on 12 March. Yes, before 18.00 on 11th March. We were in shock. Perhaps we should have said 'no, come back in 13 hours'. Four pieces of furniture were delivered for one room, including sofas and a sofa-bed. The only way to make space was to move the old furniture out of doors. This is due to be collected today by the British Heart Foundation. The delivery men wrapped the old furniture in the heavy duty plastic from the new furniture but we are in the Lake District and it has been a wet and stormy night. The plastic has blown off and very good quality furniture is now soaking wet. I fear BHF may not take the furniture when they arrive. Arriving 13-16 hours before schedule is unacceptable and has caused us a problem (likely to be an expensive and already a very stressful one) to make alternative arrangements at short notice for furniture removal. It is also potentially creating waste for landfill that could have been reused and also raised substantial money for an important charity. The email states that the delivery was on 12 March, but it was actually on 11th March, arrival at house before 18.00. As it was dark by the time the furniture was moved (out and in), and the furniture was in a very narrow passage way, I was unable to access it to secure the plastic. Disastrous and stressful.

Great Experience
I have just had a delivery of a sofabed. Not only were the drivers on time, informed me of when they were going to arrive but their professionalism in ensuring that my home or
sofabed wasn’t damaged was exemplary. Measurements and planning to take upstairs and then showing me how to use the product were great too. Please thank Elvis and Kenton personally for the care they took. Also the office for making sure it was delivered in the time I requested and informing me. All round a great experience.
