I booked a van for 13 people initially for the day of MY WEDDING. Due to a problem I asked if it could be changed to 12 (also changing the price but they said it was not possible).
They should have sent us the details of our driver 2 days before.... But we didn't receive it.
I had to contact them to confirm and they replied that my driver was a certain Peter.
I tried to make sure by contacting him, but I did not receive any reply from him.
On the day of the wedding and my booking I notice that the driver is late and I contact both him and Route Go.
The driver initially replies annoyed that he was bringing other people and that he would call us back.
Worried and stressed about the delay I call him back and ask for information and he replies that: " I cannot come because I didn't know about the reservation". He also said that was not his responsibility, that he is only a sub contractor and that he would not take a penny from RouteGo.
That he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do about it because he knew nothing about this booking'.
I reply that it was not my problem with the issues between him and RouteGo, that the trip had been confirmed to me by Route Go and that it was my wedding day, plus 11 other people were there waiting (not even the bride could move because she was waiting for my departure).
Meanwhile RouteGo replied and said that due to an unexpected emergency the outward journey would not be possible
The driver told me that he knew nothing and that he had not been contacted by RouteGo
Fortunately another taxi companion nearby came immediately.
I was very stressed and worried about this situation and they risked blowing up a wedding just because they didn't organise the booking with the driver (driver's word on the phone)
We were late because of this inconvenience I missed part of the photo shoot (paid by the hour).
I also had to spend my wedding lunch sending emails to make sure the return trip was confirmed... Again, I had not received any confirmation.
It was a stressful time for us, because we had to think about our guests, we didn't enjoy the moment, the restaurant and the photos because we were busy solving that issue.
The return driver was annoyed that we had indicated to pick us up at a designated point and that we could not walk where he was (with disabled people with us), but fortunately we managed to get home.
As icing on the cake:
We sent an e-mail of complaint requesting as an act of courtesy:
1) full refund for the outward journey
2) an additional discount to the proposed 50 % refund due to stress, inconvenience caused, loss of part of the photo shoot, etc., but they said no.
They also made us wait for the refund, which from 15 September only arrived on 26 September ( Just the condition 1)
They did not bother to verify the booking and confirm it, they tried to give excuses of convenience, but without going beyond the damage and inconvenience they caused. They risked ruining a wedding!
I can understand the difficulties and setbacks, but this was a superficial and unprofessional service.
There should be no such services. Not recommended!

Date of pickup, 18/07/ 2025. Really pleasant unhindered atart to our holiday, thankyou so much for your extremely good service :)

I booked this company to go to the airport way and back with 4 days in between. 3h drive each time.
It was the cheapest rate, but I can say also say a really good service. (despite some comments I read here)
They always replied quickly and drivers were very proffesional and friendly. We were a group of 10 girls and all the girls felt really safe and all laughed and had a good time.
We ended up with a bigger van than what we payed which was perfect.
I had an issue with payment few weeks before going and they had to wait a bit and they were more than understanding.
Overall all perfect and I will definitly use again.

Avoid like the plague… miss leading and rude booked a 33 seat (top of the line) Mercedes Benz van and a 2x 16 seat 20 year old ford transit vans turned up when questioned they said I didn’t clarify. Be warned they are re sellers and very sneaky how they sell there product what you think your getting and what you get are 2 very different things not to mention they were happy to provide non roadworthy vans to transport kids around. I am happy to provide all communication with this company and pictures of the vans to whom ever want to verify the authenticity of this post. There is NOTHING TRANSPARENT ABOUT THIS COMPANY…..👎👎👎👎👎

Where to start?
I will never use this company again, they are basically a middleman and my experience with them has been awful, I booked a transfer from Nottingham to Stansted Airport and to be picked back up from Stansted Airport to Nottingham, initially I was sceptical as there were no reviews on this company, but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, having been placed my booking and receiving driver details I then realised that they were the middleman, the driver tried to change the pickup time from 7am to 5:30am which just wasn’t acceptable however he did agree to pick us up on the agreed time.
The problem came with the return pick up, I messaged the driver before departing from Norway to Stansted just to check everything was okay for the pick up, he then informs me he’s had an accident, he’s let the company know and they should be sorting me an alternative, at this point I began to panic as I hadn’t heard from RouteGo, I messaged multiple times and rang multiple times eventually getting hold of somebody who told me “not to worry we’ll have another driver arranged for you when you land”
When I landed, I had an email saying unfortunately we were unable to get you another driver and we will send you a refund for the return trip, now this to me is completely unacceptable. It was their responsibility to make sure we got a transfer back to Nottingham and because they are a middleman, they basically just didn’t want to pay the prices they were being quoted, but as I explained to them multiple times on the phone the right thing to do was to ensure we got home and if that meant taking a loss on the booking so be it. I was met with continuous resistance and excuses but they were happy to send me the individual drivers to see if I could book a transfer myself.
We eventually had to order 3 Ubers to get from Stanstead back to Nottingham.
A number of us lost out on earnings due to the delay in getting home and even though I paid by transfer it took them three days to refund me.
The funny part is they offered me a discount on future trips like I would ever use them again.
My advice is Avoid and book with somebody that actually has their own drivers and vehicles.
