Had a small issue with my order they immediately fix the problem and reship out me another pair of shoes. Will buy again thanks ROVUX

No explanation of where to return the shoes. Difficult to get a hold of someone to send the shoes for a return for the right size. Paying on a pair of shoes that I don’t even have yet in my size. Shoes were return to warehouse it came from now I’m being told the she’s cannot be returned to the warehouse. So where do I send to fry the right pair in my size?

I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were my actual size a size 7.5. When I received and tired them on they were a tad bit to big but comfortable. My 1st thought was to keep them but I knew I wouldn’t wear them so I decided to request an exchange. Rovux support was so helpful and professional. They answered my questions and concerns in a timely and professional matter. Made my purchased well worth it. I will be a returning customer.

I love my shoes the colors are so bright an pretty an I love that nobody has them that’s my favorite part I’m going to be the first to step out in them.

I ordered two pair of shoes and when they arrived I noticed a small imperfection in one of my shoes. I emailed ROVUX and they responded immediately and quickly fixed my issue. They were very professional and attentive to my needs and I will surely recommend others to buy from them. BTW...my sneakers are super comfortable and looks exactly like the shoe on the website.

I would love give you five stars , but I need a 7.5 size sneaker not a size 6. So if you sent me a 6 , then it won’t fit . I want to buy my husband a pair but am now afraid it won’t come in the right size . The whole reason why I bought this sneaker is because it reminds me of ms colors which my husband has .

I bought a sneaker on september 2020, but I didn’t receive it yet, I am waiting the delivery more than 7 months!!! I have ever tryied contact with them, but I didn’t receive any answer!!!

I was so excited when I received my Rovux sneakers in the mail today. They were so cute but too big, I contacted the team and they were so nice and helpful by placing a new order with a smaller size and instructed me to keep the first purchase. I was not charged for the new pair and I am definitely ordering from Rovux again and again. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

I love my shoes! They’re so cute! And this company has great customer service. I contacted them because my shoes were a little too small. They responded promptly and I will be receiving a replacement pair. I would definitely recommend.

First of all the shoes are raw af I love them! Also had a issue where I needed a new size and the customer service was quick and extremely helpful. Will definitely be ordering again. 10/10 highly recommend
