Rovux customer service has been fantastic!!
First, I ordered the wrong size by accident. Second, when the shoes arrived a lace was broken. After contacting customer service I was sent a new pair of shoes in the correct size. Absolutely hassle free! Love Rovux!!

The returns process was very easy and customer service is amazing. I love my shoes and am impressed with this company overall. I was a little apprehensive at first but I'm quite satisfied with my decision and will purchase again.

Bought a pair of shoes from them online. Paid $129. Quality of the shoes fit more like a $20 price tag. soles of the shoes are plastic and will offer no grip on any surface. Sounds like you are walking in clown shoes. They look like athletic shoes online, however in reality they are anything but. Company refused to give a refund. They absolutely are in business for one time customers. They do a great job marketing a nice shoe design, however thats all they were. Nice to look at but horrible to wear. Since they will not refund me, I will never consider this brand again. Rovux Facebook page even said they offer refunds, but that was a total lie. After filing a complaint with the BBB, I understand why they have an F rating on BBB website.

Great customer service from these guys. They helped me with finding a shoe that would fit me, instead of leaving me to find the shoe myself. They even let me keep the original pair!

I bought the Rovux Blade trainers in black. Having received them, I’d say they’re nice, but nothing special.

The plastic detailing on the heel is actually really nice; however, the material part where your foot goes feels a bit cheap. The material fits loosely around your foot.

The delivery time is incredibly lengthy, and I resent not having a returns policy; my shoes are actually slightly tight, but I simply cannot be bothered to return the product and get a replacement (which will take another 21+ days?).

I think you can get nicer shoes for the same price. Good, but nothing special.

Mishaps with the original shipment. There was a component missing from one of the 2 pair of shoes I purchased and I wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I was willing to return the original order but once they had proof of the mishap they simply said you can keep the ones you have and we'll send you 2 new pair in the new size free of charge. I'm extremely grateful for the level of customer service displayed. I would recommend an easier way to contact the company and a return shipping address in the event of similar situations but overall I'm happy with my experience I LOVE the shoes they're super fly, different and comfortable.

I really appreciate the great customer support I was given with my return and the new order that was sent to me. I will be using this company again and refer my family and friend.. Thank you for your time

I had to give 1 star as no option to do zero. Avoid this company they should be shut down as they breaching consumer credit act by refusing refund on return of items by using covid as an excuse. I spent $300 on shoes for my disabled mother and they wont even go on her foot so useless and requested to return for refund but they refuse what a joke

I love those shoes. They are cool, very well priced. I get thumbs up all the time. Super unique. And the customer service is first class.

I had a sizing issue with a pair of shoes I bought and when I emailed them they responded right away, made sure I was taken care of with a brand new pair of sneakers at no cost to me and they let me keep the original pair I ordered as well! Amazing customer service. Love this brand!

What a crazy process I had. At first I was scared to order online especially sneakers. I did and I’m glad I did. I ordered wrong. Rovux was there every step for me. They refunded me helped me order correctly through their great customer support. And resolved my issue promptly so I can enjoy their awesome comfortable sneakers. Thank you Rovux

Although the delivery took some time (but Rovux did warn about it) my order arrived well, and the support team was great, since the size didn't fit perfectly they are sending another one my way !

My experience with this company has been exceptional so far. I purchased a pair of sneakers that was to big. Sent an email to customer service. Was instructed to send a picture of the size tag in the shoe, probably for verification purposes. Later that day I received an email the the exchange was being done and that I could keep the sneakers I was attempting to return. Thank you so much.
