I encountered a problem…

I encountered a problem with my Aurora A6 torch approximately 22 months into the 24 month warranty.
If I'm honest, I was expecting some resistance when submitting a claim, however what I actually received was an initial response within a few hours. I was asked to perform a test, which involved charging and discharging the torch. In order to be fair to Rovyvon I did this over a period of a couple of weeks. Unfortunately what I had been asked to try did not fix the fault. I contacted Rovyvon, and again the response was received within a few hours and a replacement was sent out immediately. I can't fault the customer service I received. Thank you Rovyvon.

Anonymous & disrespectful customer service

I'm not surprised to see the very low ratings regarding the customer service in particular. Sarcasm, lack of respect, lack of professionalism. There's even no name signed at the bottom. Complete ghost. This company does not inspire confidence or credibility. This is sad, their products look great even though they charge premium price. But their customer customer is totally not up to B2C standards.

Absolutely the WORST customer service…

Absolutely the WORST customer service possible!
DO NOT BUY FROM THE OFFICIAL STORE.
I bought a flashlight from the official Chinese based website and I never received it.
I contacted Customer Support THREE times before I received a reply from Ken.
Ken said that the order was completed....so I asked for proof of delivery or attempted delivery.
Ken sent me a screenshot from the delivery company which stated that it was delivered but no proof like a photo of the package at my apartment complex or a person who it was delivered to. The delivery company did not even attempt to contact me and I actually believe that the item was never sent.
Ken now refuses to reply to my most recent few emails.
For a large company like this, they will not satisfy a customer like me by sending (or re-sending if that is the case) a $30 flashlight....disgusting !!

Avoid! Worst customer service! Do not honour warranty claims!

Worst customer service ever. Torch cracked without doing anything to it. Sent warranty claim in January, Told in February I would be getting a 99% off voucher code or replacement.

I have been ignored constantly since then and never received a replacement.

The torch tech is great however I would not recommend using this company as they will not honour a warranty claim!

Crooked as a donkey's hind leg.

Bought one of their A5 GITD mini flashlights from Amazon for £39.95 (expensive for a small torch but thought I'd give it a go; reviews seemed pretty good).

It lasted for five weeks before it packed up (a few days outside the Amazon 30-day return window) so I contacted Rovyvon customer service directly on 10th Feb via the warranty card that came with the product, providing them with all the information they required as per the warranty (photos', video's etc)

I immediately received an auto-reply email from them stating that they were 'closed for the Chinese NY until 16th Feb'.

Heard nothing from them after this until I contacted them AGAIN on 28 Feb and this time had an auto reply from them stating that they were 'away at IWA in Germany and won't be able to reply until 6th March'.

What kind of s$%& customer service can't be bothered to formally reply to a customer warranty enquiry?

The kind that takes your money for their dodgy products and doesn't want to know when they go wrong as they've already had your money.

Complete grifters.

Avoid them like the plague.

Great small flashlight, very well made

Best small flashlight I’ve ever owned. Ordered my first Rovyvon E1 flashlight directly from their Website during a sale and it arrived a few days later. Wonderful, light-weight little keychain or watch-pocket light that has a unique dual power function - runs on either the built-in rechargeable battery or a backup AAA. Very bright with intuitive switches for dim, ultra bright, and strobe.

Lost the first A1, and the ordered another during Amazon Prime sale day.

Highly recommended
