Horrendous customer service

Currently been waiting for a plumber for 24hrs, I was told the "case" had been accepted at 15:15 yesterday by the 4th person I spoke to ( that's another story).I was advised if I hadn't heard anything after 4hrs to give them a bell . I didn't , I waited until 08:20 this morning , to be told by a 5th different operator that the case hadn't been validated yet , so back to square one .
I have now been waiting over 24 hrs and still no plumber. I would give it serious thoughts before using this company .
P.s can now confirm plumber has been after a remarkable 26hour wait .Tremendous

Changing phone on plan

Roseanna explained things well. Any hesitation seemed to stem from system not recognising the samsung s25. She was very apologetic I found her very professional and a credit to the company.

Money grabbing cheats. DO NOT USE

Very poor experience with Row after paying insurance for nearly 4 years just to get a replacement phone through insurance that was very much worse than the stolen phone I was claiming for in every way. Excess cost that I was forced to pay for and 'a' graded replacement phone was more that the same grade quality phone i could have got on amazon for cheaper and nearly a month quicker than it took for my replacement phone to come due to Xmas holidays. When I called to complain about the phone and time it took to deal with the complaint a d hiw much I had to pay in excess, they said everything on they're side was justified and I didn't have a leg to stand on. Despite thought te entire claim I kept telling them I needed a powerful phone urgently due to having children with medical and educational needs. But they didn't care at all. I will never use them again.

Feels like a scam

Feels like a scam. I purchased a policy, which when I was sent the full details did not include the cover as advertised. I immediately contacted the company to cancel, and received a response 5 days later requesting that I call to cancel rather than email. I called, cancelled and have still be billed.

I was with Row Insurance for a year and…

I was with Row Insurance for a year and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. When I recently had my boiler serviced, a part was needed. Despite being covered under my policy, I was told I’d have to pay for both the part and the labour. This goes completely against what I expected when I took out the insurance.

On top of this, when I first joined I requested a boiler service via email and never received a response. Communication has been very poor, and the service I’ve received has not matched what was advertised when I signed up.

Overall, I don’t feel I got the protection or support I was paying for. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

In your case, the engineer was able to diagnose the issue and provide a quote for the parts needed. However, as the quote was not accepted, we were unable to proceed with the repair and the job was closed.

The process was straightforward: I had an initial question, I called up and spoke to Roseanne who assured me with comfort, authenticity and consistency. I look forward to speaking with the rest of the team. Account set up was quick with my policy details being hassle-free sent straight to my email. The level of cover offered is excellent for the price, which is honestly one of the lowest I’ve found anywhere (£4.49 per month). I believe this is unbeatable for the peace of mind it gives. It’s also reassuring to know that customer support is easily available if I ever need it which is included at this price range. Overall, I feel I’ve got outstanding value and reliable cover all in one place.
