I actually liked the dress although very thin....and took forever to receive...However, it had ink spots all over and looked like truck tire marks on parts of the fabric. I won't bother returning but NEVER buy from them....scam and junk......

I bought these 2 feline cat head figurines as xmas gifts for my nieces. The quality was really poor and the size was a fraction of what was shown on their website. returns accepted but they never responded. i ended up contacting my credit card for a refund.

I ordered two pair of pants on-line. The sizing was beyond off, the quality (both material & stitching) was horrible. They completely misrepresented their product on the famous IG posts. I've reached out to them and they have refused to refund my money, respond, nor allow me to get another product (not that I would want one). At one point they did offer a replacement item, but then, I could no longer access their website without a warning that the website was not safe from hackers. Ugh!!! I lost $90.00 to these loosers.

I too had the WORST experience and see I’m not alone. They haven’t resolved my issue. The clothes are definitely not what was pictured but instead complete polyester crap! I bought denim pants that were polyester and it’s the absolute cheapest material I’ve ever seen! The shoes were poorly made. I’ve been trying to get a refund and they are trying to give me only 30% back and they haven’t sent me an address to mail this junk back to. DO NOT buy from them, it’s a scam!

Awful products and equally as bad customer service. Splurged and got 3 items. The pants are the cheapest material and look nothing like the item. The sweater was a screen print of a sweater and again looked nothing like the item on the website. The 3 item was also nothing as described.
They want pictures of you wearing the product which is very weird and inappropriate and they will also not refund the money. You can only converse with a robot and not a real person.

The worse online store I have shopped in the last years. Did not received my package first and was asked to deal with the shipping company on my own. Then I got the package which was two pairs of pants and the quality is soooo bad!! I wanted to return it and never got any answers back. Waste of 100$!!!

I ordered Emma blue premium windproof wool coat. The item arrived and didn’t resemble what it was advertised. This jacket is the cheapest quality of material, it sticks on clothing , a synthetic material ( feels like recycled plastic ) , has a hood and completely short, shapeless. This has nothing to do what was depicted and advertised on the model. They deserve below 1 star. We sent the pictures to the company. Yes, it was misbranded. They offered a refund of 30% , we refused for integrity and good principles of business. They were resistant but provided the address to return in China. The company is in the US. So our credit card company is filing dispute for full refund, it will be reported to BBB. We returned the item to China. Absolutely , DO NOT ORDER THIS COAT.

Horrible clothing- I bought the wide leg pants for $80 and they’re awful- cheap fabric, poor quality, look nothing like the images on the website. Basically knock off Chinese crap you could buy off Alibaba for $10. And they’re making it a nightmare to return

TOTAL SCAM - the clothing they sell is a digital reproduction of the pictured clothing. The fabric is cheap and the items are 100% fake. Ordered a beautiful sweater for $45 and it's 100% fake. It's printed on polyester fabric. I filed a claim and they will return my money when I ship it back but they refuse to send me shipping label. It will cost me $80 to return it to the Netherlands when their website says they are in New York.

This site is a total scam. The merchandise is made of the cheapest fabric and looks nothing like the online images. It ships from a warehouse in China, and returns are impossible. Do not order anything from this site!

Total scam. Even all of these positive reviews are fake. Take what they say and believe the opposite about quality and customer service. Ridiculous. Taking an L on this one.

I have been trying to return a coat to this seller. They refuse to give me a return label and after multiple emails have only offered a partial refund. They require that l pay for shipping but will not tell where to send it, so l cannot evaluation the cost.l do not recommend doing business with this seller. The product was nothing like the picture ( very bad quality) and clearly returning it is impossible.

item received is entirely different than posted. Paid over $50 for cheap polyester junk when the photo showed denim jeans. Refused to refund it. Would only do 40% after so many back and forth emails and probably won’t even get that. DO NOT ORDER

As others have stated, their website completely misrepresents the actual clothing. I ordered two pairs of pants that looked like jeans on the website, only to receive horrible polyester pants that wouldn’t be flattering on anyone. The website also represents this as an American company, but the clothing came from china. Do not order.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They charge $59.95 for cute canvas/cotton overalls. After waiting almost three weeks, I received printed polyester junk.

If there was a zero star option I would have choose that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. First of all they say they are based out of the U.S, but are clearly not. I ordered a pair of wide leg 70's style pants that were severely misrepresented by the photos on the website. The photos looked like good quality jean material. The piece of crap pants I got from China, were made cheaply out of polyester and seriously look like clown pants! I wouldn't wear them if someone paid me!!!! So disappointed!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The product does NOT match the picture online. I ordered a dark navy pair of overalls which appeared to have flower appliqués on it. What I received was a silk, poorly made overall where the flowers are actually part of the fabric . It is hideous and looks like I purchased it at the dollar store. When I try to fill out the form to return them, I get a message that says my order cannot be found. I cannot emphasize enough the need to avoid this site!!!!!!

They are fraudulently presenting themselves as a United States company but the clothes come from China.
