This company has lost my order en…
This company has lost my order en route. It has clearly been handed over from DPD to Chronopost and have lost my order. It has also been allegedly signed for by us but delivered to a completely different addressnin another town! Service client is hard work as I have to submit a form to DPD to prove I have not received the parcel! Awaiting a replacement aircon unit straight away please! Terrible service. Wish I had ordered one from Amazon!

For no reason I am always redirected to this site in French. I am not in France, I don’t speak French and device wasn’t bought in France.
