Our empty Regency property had many viewings but no buyers. Lisa visited the property and inspired confidence with her understanding of a 200 year old house she was able to propose a solution which has worked. The set up and installation worked very smoothly and the result is we have a buyer who loves the house. Lisa was very flexible when it came to de-staging as dates were immediate and not firm from the buyer. I would strongly recommend Rowpire as a professional and businesslike company but also with a personal touch.

I needed to rent a property that was being overlooked by viewers. I found Rowpire on Google and it was a real stroke of luck. I have been a landlord for many years and when I say they were amazing, I truly mean it. They delivered on time to a reasonable budget, and they have exceptional taste. They understood the brief and the rental market. The flat rented in one week. It's no surprise I asked for their help on 2 other properties (one quite complicated) and they delivered. I love having them in my little black book, nothing is ever a trouble for them, a rare find - I'm selfishly almost reluctant to give out their details and keep them to myself!

After recently getting probate I was wanting to get my mums house ready for sale as soon as possible, but didn’t know where to start due to so much clutter! Rowpire came to the rescue! After an initial consultation they told me what they proposed to do to help. Two days later I left them to do their magic and I wasn’t disappointed! I was overcome with emotion at one stage when I saw how they had completely transformed the house, making it look so much bigger and so tidy with subtle finishing touches. Rowpire staged a detached 3 bedroom art deco house for us. The house had been renovated but being empty we were unsure it would get the attention it deserved when it went on the market.
From the instance we contacted Rowpire they were extremely efficient, informative, friendly and helpful. When they came to inspect the property to quote their COVID safety measures were first class. We received a detailed quote within 24 hours.
The finish on the staging is superb and totally in-keeping with the style of the house. The quality of the furniture and details are very high giving a sumptuous feel.
I cannot recommend Rowpire highly enough.
