Rouse should put their return address on the front of their package. Very confusing to have it only inside. I would never order anything from them again.

Both sweaters fit perfectly and the material is very soft. I’m very happy with my choices!!

After contacting Rowye about my sweater taking so long, it was shipped within a week. The company has very good customer service.

Loved the quality of the product, but shipping was extremely slow and communication was an issue!

Ordering was very easy, however shipping took much longer than the “ships within 72 hours” claims. The sweaters were cute, but very boxy, and unflattering. I have emailed three times asking for the return steps and no one will respond with the information. Very disappointing.

I love the quality of the product. I only thought was it took forever to get here. I got a sweeter to ware for Christmas and It came only last week. So I wasn't happy about that. But I am happy with the sweaters that I did get.

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 different sweaters… 2 of them looked so different from the picture. And they were saying it made in South Carolina. The labels inside the sweaters say made in China. It’s a scam. Will never buy again from them or any of their other brands that sell the same clothes but under different names. It’s a scam

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered a sweater from here and what was sent was a completely different color. Instead of ivory, it was a gross grey/tan color. Also the red was more maroon. The color combination is ugly and not at all what I was expecting. I could not find return information anywhere on the email or website, and no packing slip came with the sweater. I sent an email to customer service asking for return information, and they sent me a reply asking if they could refund $11 and I could keep the sweater!! I paid $78 including shipping!!!! Ridiculous! Don’t buy from them.

I like both sweaters. The pocket in the front could be a little lower. The one sweater is shorter and should be as long as the other sweater since they are the same style. Overall though, I am happy to receive them and will wear them.

I placed an order on December 4, 2024. It is now January 15, 2025. I have emailed customer service several times regarding the status of the shipment. The tracking number providing hasn't been updated since December 20, 2024...nothing further. I'm told that the items have shipped. I have never waited almost two months to receive clothing from an on line vendor. This company is NOT worth ordering from.

This store is seemingly just a version of Shein but for social media. It sells the same clothes, with the same pictures, for a slightly higher pricepoint.

It arrived and though really oversized, it worked!
