Really a good service with a lovely buyer/creator and a cute packaging.

The items are pretty and arrived sooner than I expected, which is nice. Unfortunately the choker is rather stiff and thus ill-fitting (doesn't hug the neck). The brand's tag on the back of the headbow looks slapped on and could have been incorporated better. Keep in mind that unless the item is only worn for pictures, the back is visible, too. I ordered from Roxie Sweetheart before and did not leave a comment because I felt like my opinion might not reflect other customers' experience. Last time the bows on the hair clips were asymmetrical/different sized and there was something brownish/rusty looking on a brooch. The necklace however is one of my favourite pieces and I wear it often. I really enjoy your designs but for the price (for me it's quite a bit of money; again, might not reflect the general customer's view) I'm a little disappointed. I hope this doesn't come across as rude; I don't mean any harm. Best wishes

I adore what I bought. I saw the piece in person a while back, and had been after it ever since! Once I finally bought it I was over the moon. The colours are beautiful, and it feels fairly sturdy. Definitely my favourite piece of jewellery now! Shipping was fast, and I got updates on my order. I also loved the pink bubble wrap!

I ordered the Enchanted Boudoir circle dress and it is just beautiful. Well tailored, beautiful design, beautiful detail..everything is perfect. The dress wasn't available in anything larger than a size L, so I took a chance. I'm a lil chubby so I was a little worried but I HAD to have this dress. I'm a bigger girl, So it doesn't exactly fit as a dress, but it makes an AMAZING peplum top on me!! It arrived quickly in excellent condition! Will definitely be ordering again! Would love to see bigger sizes!! ❤
