Haven’t received my order. Support doesn’t help
I ordered surf suit on 30-Mar, and 2 weeks since my order has not yet been shipped to the delivery company. It is impossible to contact your phone support (there is an automatic message about non-working hours DURING working hours), no one responds to e-mails, but auto-reply.
Where is the attention of your management team? Are you a functioning business or a lemonade stand?
