I’m not happy with my order
I’m not happy with my order. I messaged as I wanted to return one of dresses as it didn’t live to the expectations I had, how it looked online and real life was not the same. The dress was baggy and colour was off. I wanted to return the order, but didn’t receive a response. Not happy and will not be ordering again from here.

Hi it is absolutely not possible to take extra payments from customers you ordered via website we have no access to customer payment detail the card handling company does you have ordered twice from our site thats why your bank statment showed ypu paid us 2 amounts. You decided to return the order in which case the postage is notrefinded which was explained to you when ypu requested tp return the item. You was fully refunded for the item you ordered.
