I purchased a green onyx and white marble 32 piece chess set and couldn’t believe the price. Pieces are of high quality and hand cut.
I asked customer service whether I could purchase an additional queen for each colour. They wanted me to be totally satisfied and so provided the additional pieces.
You can’t go wrong with the quality of the product and high level of customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. There was a problem caused by human error. It happens. It was courteously and speedily resolved.

My chess set arrived damaged, which was disappointing. However, the company handled the situation well and issued a refund, which I appreciated. The set itself was beautiful, and I would have ordered again, unfortunately, by the time everything was resolved, the holiday had passed.

After posting on trust pilot the company came through with a replacement chess board and resolved the issue with the broken product. Communication was poor due to emails bouncing and no other form of communication. Delayed product but in the end I am satisfied with the result.

They have been wonderful, the shipped item was made carefully, a marble chessboard that has been very appreciated, only one piece was broken (the King) because of the long transport, and they have replaced it in a few days, shipping not only one, but both Kings and some pieces of checkers, and the have paid even the price of the transport. I'm really really satisfied with their work!

I recently purchased marble egg cups from Radicaln. They are beautiful and the quality is superb! I especially appreciate the very careful way in which they were packaged and shipped.

Very satisfied with our marble chess set. Very high quality. A rook arrived broken and the company swiftly replaced the piece right away. Email correspondence was very prompt and responsive. Would highly recommend.

The chess set is beautiful! Every piece finely carved and the board is impeccable. But what made the experience amazing is that upon first receiving it, I was moving pieces and dropped the King and broke it. I quickly emailed the company to let them know what had happened. They responded quickly and sent out a replacement piece and a few extras. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and a great product.

I love chess so much! I was looking for a quality set and I stumbled on this one. And it is absolutely worth it. They come with adhesive pads so you're not rubbing marble on marble. I really wish they still had the white and green onyx set because that's the one I really wanted. It's huge, quality ,heavy and comes with a case for all your pieces . Not really much more that you can ask for ! Amazing 10/10 .

I ordered a premium chess set from them for my father's birthday i was so worried that if these guys could make it on time or not but they were bang on time and as soon as i opened the package the chess set that came out was mesmerizing i cant tell you the joy and smile on my fathers face when he first saw his gift.
