Poor Communication and Tardy Delivery
Should have known better but ordered a warhorse brooch off Facebook through this company.
I wanted to wear it at an event on Saturday 11th Nov but there was no sign of it.
It is not a cheap item and almost 3.00 for delivery I expected it within a couple of days maximum.
The tracking provided didn't even show which company they were using and proved useless.
I raised a complaint with PayPal and remarkably I was provided with full tracking details which indicated that Evri had not yet received it.
Today 13th Nov 2023 I have just taken receipt of the badge which will have to wait a year now to show off.
Poor communication from this organisation and I certainly will not purchase from them again.
