I bought a key for Perplexity Pro and it didn't work for me. I asked for a solution, and they requested a lot of information, such as screen recordings from my computer, my location, etc. (they shouldn't require this information, as it clearly violates my privacy). I sent it to them, but they couldn't find a solution. They kept my money, and I'm left with nothing. I don't recommend buying from them.

Scammers, deliberately misleading people. Don’t pay anything — you will lose your money.
After payment for an Office license, you receive only a corporate key at best. After entering it, you get a message saying that you do not have corporate rights for this particular license and should contact your system administrator.

Scammers. Key said already been used!! I didn't even get to transfer my old pc to my new using transfer software.

Key already used, €20 down the drain. Support just makes excuses and tries to talk problems away; be smart and buy from another store.
