Tricky one to rate
Ok this is a tricky one. I was hesitant about ordering due to reviews I'd seen elsewhere but had few other options.
PROS:
Really nice healthy bulb
Had stock when everyone else had run out
Arrived within ok time (7 days to despatch, 7 days in transit but it was early Dec)
Sent with a tracking number
CONS:
Not responsive to emails. At all.
So maybe I did worry too soon (it was shown as being processed by PostNL for *7* days...) and they're possibly in a mad pre-Xmas rush but it's a bit worrying when emails go totally unanswered. So my overall rating is 4-ish stars, as I got my order in time and am happy with the quality. But a bit of a nailbiter if you're up against a tight schedule of your own.
