I very disappointed! Quality its very very bad.Get wrong and demage sofa,the colour was the some wrong. NOT RECOMMENDED at all...

I put an order for couches mid November and I love them so much. They are amazing quality and look exactly like in the photo. The fabric is very soft and the leather is lovely. They are also super comfortable to sit on. The customer service was amazing. Sheetal was amazing at communicating with me and helping me out, she was extremely nice. They came earlier than expected and got here before Christmas which was great. I highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. SOFA NOT AS DECRIBED. I WAS PROMISED SPRINGS AND DOUBLE CUSHION WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. I FEELS LIKE YOUR SITTING ON A HARD FLOOR. I WAS PROMISED WATER RESIATNTANT MATERIAL, IN FACT I PAID EXTRA. AGAIN, YOU'VE GUESSED, NOT THE CASE. DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. DELIVERY DRIVER DAMAGED MY PROPERTY ON DELIVERY AND WHERE VERY VERY RUDE. SPEAKING IN POLISH! USING FOUL LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTERS. IVE EMAILED WITH NO RESPONCE. SOFA IS BADLY MADE AND HAS SINCE BROKE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE U SHAPED SOFA I WAS PROMISED. STILL NO RESPONCE TO MY EMAIL. INSTEAD I HAVE A INCOMPETENT WOMAN WHO'S NAME IS MARI, WHO ACTUALLY CALLED ME MARI ON 1 OF OUR MANY CALLS BEFORE DELIVERY. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG THEN!!!!! STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!!

I have choose the different colour but seller have contact with me. The colour I choose is takes more than 6 month to get it.

I've ordered my beautiful sofa from Mr Lukasz who from the start has been very professional and helpful. As I am very particular and indecisive 🤷‍♀️ he has not had it easy with me, however he never gave up on me. The sofa is amazing everything, ever wanted and more. The quality of this product is top-notch and it is very comfortable. I am in love with the colour. Over all the whole process was very pleasant and straightforward, it only took 4 weeks from day of order to deliver. I highly recommend their products

The sofa and it's quality is amazing. It was delivered in time with best service of assembling it. I am using it since so long and there is no problem with fabric nor manufacturing problem.

Avoid this dodgy company at all cost !I ordered a sofa from this seller on eBay and paid by cash, very low-quality fabric, extremely hard and uncomfortable... is litterally like sitting on cement.
On the same day of the delivery I asked to return it and for a refund. They are unresponsive, usually replying to my messages every 2 days and always using different excuses and delaying things.
Not able to speak to anyone over the phone as nobody answer on their public phone number .
I asked for a return and a refund since 3 weeks, STILL NOTHING IS SORTED.
