Great costumer service!
I got my product quicker than advertised, and they were shipped safely wrapped. In an unnecessarily big box, but that is pretty common I would say.
I had a problem with one of the products, and reached out to the costumer service. They resolved the problem quickly in a friendly and satisfying way.
I will order from them again.

One good online shop
The Sortiment is wide and the prices are very competitive. Everything is very easy here.
They send fast and care a lot with the packaging, trying to minimise it while sending things safe.

Painfully slow dispatch and shipping
Painfully slow dispatch and shipping. Given that I’d want to see what I’d ordered in my lifetime I would never buy something from Europe using FedEx economy. Then took over a week to realise something was out of stock and I’ve missed the opportunity to buy elsewhere. Check their shipping info to the UK before buying because you may have to wait some time. CS might as well send auto-replies as messages; literally no point dealing with them. Really disappointed with this order.

I have literally just gone to your checkout with an item and it is NOT clear unless you check. You advise that you may send items separately but not at completely different times. I’m not the only person who has found fault with this. This isn’t a big deal but I do find it frustrating when companies send disingenuous, passive aggressive replies. Have a great Easter!

As you chose for your order to be sent with economy shipping to the UK, the delivery can take up to ca. 2-3 weeks. If you want a fast delivery you would need to chose priority shipping. You have been provided with this information in the check out when chosing the delivery option.
