We ordered 52 wooden knives for our…

We ordered 52 wooden knives for our restaurant.. the knives came with a large logo engraved onto them which was not visible in any of the pictures online nor in the description of the product. We asked for a refund but were told that we should pay a return fee -- how can you inaccurately describe a product online and then when the product arrives and is not fit for purpose because of a incorrect or inaccurate description charge the customer a fee to return it? It makes absolutely no sense.

I did not got what I ordered

I did not got what I ordered . The product is misstated piece so it needs to be returned… very disappointed.

bad packaging, damaged items

just don’t order anything that’s fragile I guess… the packaging was damaged and 2 items inside were broken. I ordered 5 plates, they barely wrapped them in paper and they put them in a huge box. I’m just surprised how the other 3 weren’t broken…😕

Super long waiting Time (20?!?!?) days…

Super long waiting Time (20?!?!?) days for a return to he handled; no confirm following the send back of an item, no proactive communication, super expensive return shipment fees because their warehouse is based in Sweden. Not again.

Pleasure to shop at Royal Design

The homepage is easy accessible,
the order process is customer friendly,
the delivery process is transparent,
the information policy during the delivery process is recommendable.
I would appreciate to receive an approximation of the delivery time.

Product came 6 months late, return costs even higher than purchase price

Product came 6 months late, was not as expected and on product images. Return costs even expand purchase costs. Never again.

I have waited two months for my handles…

I have waited two months for my handles to arrive. Customer Service = automatic answers. Made direct contact to the manufacturer to get some answers.
