Fast Turnaround, Beautiful Stitch-Outs, and Exceptional Service
I had a wonderful experience working with this digitizer. I needed two photos turned into embroidery files for a client, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent—she responded quickly and consistently checked in to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns.
The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the quality of the stitch-outs was beautiful. When my client requested one small change, she made the adjustment promptly, without any hassle or additional charge. That level of customer service is hard to find.
I would absolutely work with this digitizer again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality embroidery digitizing services.
