Really great performance. The protection is outstanding, filters floods in a second if not less.

At the time when i'm writing this text, 02:25 AM, the support are instant here for help me about a little problem, and instant fix it.

RoyaleHosting are the best reliable & friendly hosting i have ever found. they are very trustable, powerfull machines box, and very good knoweldge,
and real datancenter.

RoyaleHosting offers very good services compared in the pricing range with a decent to good protection, based on what aspects you take a look at. The support is from time to time a little slower, when it comes to low-priority tasks, but is pretty quick at helping out with important incidents.

The other reviews seem quite harsh, saying "slow" support, which is true, but we aren't alone using this Service. RoayleHosting is a small Team working hard, especially Stan, I see him working late into the night. I personally would recommend using RoyaleHosting, even if the support is a bit slow, that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. But everything else is very good. Keep it up. :)

My Experience with Royal Hosting firstly started off good though became unbearable with the random long 3-day downtime and the support not replying at all. My website alone this week has been down for 4 days without any notice just their random downtime which at this point is expected with this awful hosting company.

Now they are holding my website files at Randsom pretty much not responding to my support ticket so I can't access my C-Panel and download all my files and make a backup.

Stan ended up not telling any of the Website hosting customers that they switched to a new IP and had to send it in general. Me and my friend have proof they never sent anything about a new IP and have straight lied to our Face which is really disapointing....

Do not buy from this hosting company!

Support and the product quality were very acceptable when I first used the service then all of a sudden there was a 4-day unannounced downtime which wasn't made known until AFTER everything is unreachable. This lead us to lose loads of customers for our own business and by extent loads of money. I doubt this would ever happen again but as a warning to anyone considering Royale I wouldn't use them for anything that requires high availability as it clearly cannot be expected to stay up.

The CEO along with the other staff members are excellent at what they do. I can message them or open a ticket and I get a response way quicker than I ever have with other hosts! This ones a keeper!

Edit: for the last two months, there were more than 6 days full worth of downtime. This resulted in 2-star review.

RoyaleHosting is a great provider for small and some medium businesses, as well as for individuals who are looking for incredible price-to-performance, an active support team, and market-leading DDoS protection. However, it is not perfect as of today, and there are some flaws that really needs to be solved.

PROS:

Great support - the support is active through live chat and tickets. The owner, Stan, is kind and understanding and willing to help you as fast as possible. Even tho I was talking mostly with him, I managed to find out that even other parts of the team are responding fast and willing to help you anytime.

Performance - the performance is great, and offerings are incredible for their small price.

Connectivity - the connectivity is decent. Ping is stable and not going up and down as with some other providers. There is still room for improvement.

DDoS Protection - I came to this provider as they advertised the market-leading DDoS protection. I saw it being powered by Serverius - their most expensive plan, and on top of that their own Firewall, along with Corero coming soon. I had many problems with my older provider - who was, believe it or not, OVH. Even tho I had some problems even on Royale, it was a lot better than OVH and fully filtered later on by the support team.

CONS:

Now, if the support was not active, for all those issues, they would receive 3 or 2 stars from me. However, I absolutely love great support so that's why I managed to tolerate the issues below:

- My server got delivered with a wrong CPU
- The panel reinstall system does not work
- Panel is really poor with not many features, it is not even possible to edit rDNS and statistics do not work. They don't have their own panel, but DCIManager, which is not really the best I saw so far.

Overall, it is keeping up with my needs, and I'm planning on continuing to use it for months to come. I do really hope it will further improve over time :)

Really like their services. Quality, uptime and performance is the best out there for that price. Support is really fast. Can only recommend!
