I found really big help from a beautiful woman named gloria.

My dog was insured with kennel club- Agria from when I got her as a tiny puppy. She was unfortunately diagnosed with a kidney condition at 10 months and died when she was four years old. Throughout her short life she had lots of fun but also a lot of visits to the vet. The insurers always paid the bills promptly and were very helpful in the last days of her life. It helped a lot to know that I can rely on them and don’t have to worry about the financial side of things. Thank you x

Nothing was adding up, presumably a glitch in the software but Marie and the others in the team did a super job. Marie wouldn't give up!! She persevered until she cracked it. Marie thankyou so much

What a wonderful helpful lady Eleanor was, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to assist me this morning. Eleanor definitely needs a pat on the back for her customer service. Bless her she obviously had a bad cold and still soldiered on.

Gloria was super helpful and really genuine in her desire to resolve the issue I was facing. An absolute delight to talk to - I wish all helplines had such positive people taking our calls!

Why take people's money for a service, then do nothing , don't even respond to complaints. Spam people all the time to take out insurance and send out two packs , what a waist of paper.
If I could give a 0 I would.
Scam comes to mind.

Natalie was super helpful sorted my registration out for me without having to go back and forward with emails.

We have recently purchased a KC registered puppy - and of course the breeder had to transfer ownership into our name . We rang the KC for a 5 generation certificate - Gloria talked the process thoroughly to us - and was absolutely superb . The amount of information the KC hold is frankly amusing

Amanda was most helpful and patient. I’ve been breeding and showing/ trials for 50 years. I am using the KC puppy pack for the first time and had problems with it not printing. Amanda was able to complete the form for me and emailed it as a pdf which I have now printed. Sorry my generation is not as savy as the youngsters. Probably my best experience with KC staff. I have a few medical problems,which sometimes makes it difficult to communicate on telephone, Natalie was amazing, nothing to much trouble to explain things to me ,god bless Natalie I wish all call handlers where like her,5 stars to kennel club for amazing experience
