Do not use

Do not use. They have taken two lots of money but only able to use one. There are various different billing companies and based in China. They never respond to emails, you cannot close the account down and no telephone number. Absolutely appalling. Be warned.

You can get your money back if you have…

You can get your money back if you have been scammed before 17th of May.

You can get your money back if you have been scammed before 17th of May 2021.

Guys yes they they are a scam website. Yes they dont have a licence and they are operating illegally and they dont have a right to take money from UK players. However good news is that you can get all of your money back like me. Its a simple process.

1 - If you have been scammed by them go online to metropolitan police website and report this and get your crime reference number. Please dont forget to mention Royal Oak's sister websites to the police Lady Linda, Divas Luck casino, LeoMonaco, PlayatHarriys, slotsnbets and others. And do not in any circumstances deposit any more money after 17th of May 2021.

2- Call 01212306655 (Gambling Commission’s confidential intelligence line) and tell them exactly what happened.

3- Call your bank and speak to the frauds team and tell them how you have been scammed. Give them the crime reference number and tell them that you have reported it to the police and the gambling commission confidential intelligence line.

And remember its the responsibility of the Bank + Police + Gambling commission to make sure you are safe. And gambling commission has to make sure there is a collaboration and you are safe. Thats the reason they are getting paid a lot of money.

Thieves

Royal oak casino stole my money.
This pathetic betting site never replied to my emails and after saying they credited my account they didn't.
They then closed my account so they didn't have to put up with my emails anymore!
Stealing money off good people.

Not as bad as other reviews suggest

Quite fussy on the document verification, and a strange "Loyalty bonus" keeps appearing each time I withdraw, but can confidently say they do pay out just fine, although payouts seem to be limited to single withdrawals, and only £500 at a time.

Dodgey Casino

I deposited £80 from my bank account. Didn't appear in my. Casino balance. Royal Oak position is that they acknowledge I haven't received the money into my casino account but I should look to get money from MasterCard.
I also had money withdrawn from my account to Royal Oak without my permission. I got a refund from MasterCard on this occasion

Be careful with royaloakcasino

When I deposited money to Royaloakcasino I noticed that the payment on my bank statement shows it was paid to ‘Jennys Boutique’ and another deposit was paid to a drug store. I too have asked how to close my account but no response. When I wanted to withdraw they wanted virtually every piece of ID they could get their hands on from me even though I had already submitted my drivers licence and a utility bill. I was worried about identity theft because of the amount of information they wanted. I declined to send all of what they ssked for and just deliberately used up my funds until I got down to zero

I’ve asked them to close my account for…

I’ve asked them to close my account for weeks, no response to any of my requests and just keep taking deposits. Rubbish low pay out casino and if you want to have a decent sports bet , don’t bother, only takes small stakes. Don’t know what payout time is like as I have lost every time, but would imagine it’s as rubbish as the rest of the site

I joined this casino as it seemed legit…

I joined this casino as it seemed legit but I found customer support extremely poor. They do not respond to live chat messages or emails very promptly if at all. I asked the support team to close my account and pay back my balance which is £12,586. They have blocked my account and will not reply to my messages about my owed money. I’ve also had trouble finding out who they are licensed with. I’ve deposited over 3.5K. I’ve asked for their complaints procedure and nothing. Warning do not join this casino it does not provide the services it claims and appears to be a scam.
