Robin is very patient and accommodating. Gives lots of advice and information. Not at all pushy sales. Absolutely love the hot tub! It genuinely does heat up within 3 hours. Best tip was keeping the wood smaller and burning bright till you get it to temp then put on a larger log and burn slower.
The delivery guys were also brilliant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great team all round.

Got to say being completely new to the whole thing it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Nikita and Robin could not have been more helpful with everything I needed to know.
Quick and easy delivery nothing was ever to much, how big or small.

Firstly, Robin was really easy to chat to when we popped over to take a look at the tubs on offer. Everything was explained in detail, and he was happy to answer all our questions.
Secondly, Nikita was great with keeping us informed with proceedings. Her comms were great and she was professional throughout.
The delivery guys expertly handled the offloading with so much care and attention, problem solving as they went, to navigate the tub to its new location. Once installed, they ran through a few maintenance procedures with us, making sure we were happy with everything before they left.

The tub leaked from the start….
The tub leaked from the start- not at fill up but 2 weeks in. Several visits by the technician failed to fix it. Eventually it slowed and stopped- about a month later. This was fortunate as I had almost got to the point of suing the company for a complete refund.
Dealing with the manager by phone was repeatedly depressing. He was clearly under too much pressure and failed to communicate effectively.
Fitting a simple external filter and heater, from my previous tub, was a step too far, with the extraction pipe badly positioned, and the pipe connections amateurish. The technician though very willing was clearly inexperienced.
1 year on the tub works- it’s solid and handsome but the pipe work will need further revision- but not by Royal Tubs.

Wooden tubs are amazing hot tubs, but they are a natural product and can move naturally from different weather conditions and problems with the environments they are placed in.
Royal tubs treats all issues seriously and will work the engineer's visit into our delivery schedule, we visited and inspected your hot tub and made some changes based on what we saw to resolve the drip, After allowing the hot tub to dry and then re-aligning all the staves, which solved the issue of the drip.
With regards to fitting of the sand filter you all ready had that you asked me to fit for you as the people you purchased it from would not help you, our fixtures and fittings are different from the connections to your current sand filter so we had to modify some bits to make it work for you, we also said as we don't carry the fixtures in stock we won't charge you for this, again sorry for trying to help you.

Bought our tub 2 years ago and Royal Tubs have been great to deal with. We had a small issue 18 months in and they came straight out to fix it under warranty. We've now just moved house and they even came out to move our tub too. The lads were spot on and did a great job. Hassle free. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great service! Great price! Fabulous solid fuel hot tub that we've been enjoying for a whole year now. I specified that I needed marine grade steel so I could use sea salt and organic Lavender Essential Oil instead of the usual chemicals. Great idea! Really relaxing and helps me sleep 😊

Quality tub with good service
Bought our first wood fired tub 18 months ago and it's been excellent and well worth the money. Minor issue with a button arose after a few months, this was promptly replaced.
Had no issues since then and we've really enjoyed it.
There are cheaper versions out there but having spoken to someone who has over 10 Royal Tubs and has tried others, there's a reason they're cheap.

Amazing customer service from a reliable company called Royal tubs
I researched all the various different companies and decided to go with Royal Tubs as they had amazing reviews. Contacted by email and they were so helpful so I decided to purchase my hot tub from this company. And it was the best decision I ever made. The day the hot tub arrived The two delivery gentlemen kindly help me place it into the position. Since it’s been installed, we’ve probably used it nearly every day. It’s so quick to warm up and easy to maintain. I would strongly recommend using this company. I’ve also given the detail details to several of my friends who are very impressed with the hot tub.
