First time using this website and the last time using this website! Bought quiet a few items from here. Order came and missing 2 items!
Emailed 3 times no reply to any of them! Very poor customer service!
2 marketing emails from them since but no reply to my emails.
AVOID ORDERING FROM THESE
I will stick with vape connect from now on!

Don’t bother, they sell items they don’t have in stock then tell you a week later they can’t fulfil your order, complete time wasters

Excellent looking site, the functionality has been thought through, great prices on single items and even better prices on multi deals. Waiting for the IVG AIR 4 in 1 to come in to stock, can't wait 🥳💭😃💭

Not only does this company think it’s OK to send unsolicited junk mail, they can’t even spell their own name! Or the type of product they’re trying to sell!

Had a problem and they sorted it out right away 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this company

I am still waiting to receiving my order. I have contacted your customer support team many times but no reply yet.
However, you have been very quick and on the case at taking the money out of my account. My next step for me is to contact my credit card company to make sure the payment will be refunded.

Great taste vape juice would recommend to freinds and family. Speedy delivery and they answered all questions I had. Nothing was to much troble for them either. Very polite people

Royal Vapery didn't have what I ordered in stock, so they phoned me and offered a newer upgrade for the same price.
Well impressed, and postage was fast too.

Placed my order then awaited delivery, received a call several days later to tell me they didn’t have the colour I ordered but did have others so I chose a different colour, several more days passed and a package arrived with the wrong item. Contacted customer support who emailed back after a couple of days to say they were trying to find the right item, days later they tell me they cant find one but will offer me a 10% discount on the wrong item they sent me. They did at least reply but feel I’ve just wasted time and money. Wouldn’t buy from them again I’m afraid
