2nd time I have dealt with Royal Wolf and again great to deal with at all levels. Took a little effort to get a quote to start with but mainly because there were quite a few options which I did not make clear initially. The delivery driver who dropped off the 40' HC container could not have been more helpful. If I need another then they will be my first option. Highly recommended.

So far good, got here on time was loaded very carefully where we wanted it, will hopefully be taken away the same. We have it for a while so have to see.

The container presents well inside & out but there is a 700mm floor repair & when we place the forklift pallet trolley with 800kg inside it went through the floor. Chequer plate flooring repair would have ben better, not plywood. We are happy for you to come & repair the floor to handle the containers load floor rating or replace the container.

Great Communication from the moment i made an initial enquiry rite thru to Delivery which always ensures a trouble free experience.
Even that Delivery Process was PERFIK with the driver depositing the said Shipping Container within 5mm of where we had envisaged it would work best on our busy site.
I dealt with Kellie in Head Office & then Chris in the Gosford Office & nothing was a problem (& i did throw a few 'curved balls' at them during the transaction... as customers do...haha)

It only took one phone call I had a Quote in a few minutes and the container was delivered next day So easy no stress

Royal Wolf delivered our box on time and on budget.

We've experience a lot of damage as a result of how our two containers were set down. We've used Royal Wolf numerous other times and never experienced damage to this scale in both of our containers. The delivery driver was gruff and not interested in problem-solving when access was a little tricky. Both of these issues relate to, I believe, a sub-contractor to Royal Wolf.

I found that the girls in the Darwin dranch very helpful and where quick to answer any questions. But when dealing with any other staff from Darwin or in Melbourne frustrating.
