Very poor quality
Ordered a "bucket " hat .
It is completely flat made of hard plastic and unwearable.
After purchasing I see the other on line review sites show the same conclusion.
Waste of money.
Please avoid this site and company.

The product was delivered after a month, and it did not match the picture -- at all. No customer service, no return email, mailbox full. No return call. Had to put a dispute in via my visa to get any action.

Ordered a shirt. Never recieved it. Customer service is unresponsive. I think they are "pinging" a tracker to make it look like a package is on it's way. Another Chinese ripoff.

Use CAUTION with a CAPITAL C. They are fraudsters. They accept your credit card info then say that the transaction could be processed because of their system being down and to try again. My bank immediately called me to say they HAD tried to put through the charge but they denied the charge (Thank you Barclay Bank) as a fraud attempt. These are VERY bad people. Scum sucking fraudsters. BEWARE

I ordered 3 shirts, and to date no actual communication from this company. Looks like a total rip-off and I hope no one ever buys from them again

My order was incomplete, also shorted two shirts also your company sent me two shirts I never ordered. I was a great customer now I am never going to order anything from your company.

I ordered four shirts - Two shirts arrived two weeks after purchasing and the other two over a month later. The shirts that arrived last are so poorly made and miss-sized. The shoulder seams do not match and one of the shirts appears to be a lady's size and there isn't even a label in the shirt.

These people were so apologetic but that's about it.

Do not send these people any money. Buy American! The advertisement said the company was based out of California and even provided a California phone number. What a lie.

I ordered a few shirts for my husband birthday present more than a month before the event. In a week I got a message from their Sale that they have too many orders and my order delivery will be late. I politely ask if they can deliver it in time because of the birthday, they replay with question that maybe I need to cancel order. I decide to wait hoping maybe I will get it in time. But in another week they sent me email that order was canceled. It means they used my money the whole month for free!
Looks like SCAM!

Be aware that Royaura is a Chinese company. The products ship out of China using sketchy delivery services. The shirts are cheaply made with thin nylon material and the fit is a bit large and baggy. The patterns do not look as good in reality as they do in the website photographs.

Beware if you put anything in cart! They will spam you to d3ath! Was thinking of getting some shirts. Put a few in the cart. Was going to look at which ones I liked, eliminate some and put in code to see discount. Need to put in address phone and email to do so. Was going to come back to it. In one half hour and over next few they sent multiple (at min 10 total) texts and emails offering other discounts even though I hit STOP and unsubscribe and tried to block (but they have several text numbers.) Even told them they woke my partner! Kept it up. I think they're phone and email sellers. I wouldn't buy from them now if they had the last clothes on planet.

Order review shows details of the item order blacked out in email confirmation page. After product delivery delay message sent to me, I went to their delivery status page and entered my email and order number. Their page said, no match! Received item in 3wks as ordered! I think their e-customer service needs transparency. Other than this, I hope they start making shirts for TALL people. They are nice...

I ordered a dress as of August 2024 and it supposed to arrive in sept 2024. I tracked the package it says delivered in Tampa, Florida.I called them , they said they will send another dress & still nothing and now I asked for my refund , it has been promises after promises. As of today I just got another promise to wait few days .My birthday almost didn’t happen if I didn’t have another dress as planned B. This is my first time buying from them and the last time. Total SCAM, I will report this business to BBB. You can’t play w people money like that and I will not be your victim nor let go without my refund.

Total scam. Never received my jacket. Told it went to Isle of Man.. I live in England and all my address details on the order are for England, so don’t care where it went, just wanted my jacket or money back. Having to take up with PayPal as now don’t respond. Don’t use or at least cover yourself by paying by PayPal (which is what they probably bank on).

Terrible .Did not receive my orders . They would not refund the amount I paid . They want to refund $40 less since they paid for the shipping. They shipped to the wrong state and wrong address which they acknowledged, but still refuse to refund . They Use delay tactics and make it difficult for you to get the money back. It has been 5 months and I have not received the refund

BEWARE: I opened one photo of a shirt, and it led to the worst virus I have ever encountered, after 35 years as a computer expert. Royaura is Chinese cyberattack worm that was meant to appear like temu, a valid site. There is NO way to get rid of this virus, which uploads all your data and a history to the dark web for hacking and the ID theft purposes. BEWARE!!!!

I ordered two shirts for my husband. True to size. Delivered on time. I thought it would be a different material, its more on the silky side but not a shinning silk. Made in China. No dry clean. Hang to dry. I ordered XL for short, 190+ lbs. Fits well so far. Don't feel like it is put together well. Scared it might bust at the seams. Shirts make great outfits for theme parties.

ROYAURA IS USING MY ART ON A NUMBER OF THEIR PRODUCTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! USING SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT AND PROFITING FROM IT IS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT.
ROYAURA CAN IMPROVE BY HIRING THEIR OWN DESIGN TEAM AND NOT STEALING FROM ARTISTS WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING THROUGH THEIR CREATIVITY.
PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.

SCAMMERS. I've had communication on the same email chain from Royaura and Homedress so assuming it's the same company. You won't get your order, they'll tell you it's lost in the mail and say they're refunding all but $10 for shipping. Back and forth emailing for 2 months and still no refund.

i would give a 0. i ordered a dress in july 2024 and i still haven't got it, whe i reached out to customer service at first they tried to help me but then they started ignoring me

I would give them a zero if I could. We are waiting for a shirt for our upcoming wedding on 05-03-2025. I just checked the tracking of this package and it says it won't get here until the 5th or 6th. It was GUARANTEED TO BE HERE!!
