It was more than a month after I placed my order and the money was deducted from my account that I received my purchase. And this was only after I had emailed customer service several times. What I was told was that it was the holiday season and that they would be back to work the next week. I liked my purchase but not enough to deal with a company that doesn't plan ahead or doesn't answer concerns from customers.

The shirts are really nice. They have a nice feel and fit well. They wash well too. My husband really likes the shirts and gets lots of compliments.

One of my orders they sent me the wrong size of shirt, test back and forth never got an answer on how to send the wrong shirt back and get the correct size. That is why I have not order anything from your company. Also prefer to speak to a live person. Thanks Roger

I can't say enough good things about Royaura. Their shirt selection is beyond vast, and the quality is always good and very reasonably priced. I am constantly getting questions about where I get them. It can take a while from ordering to when you get the merchandise, but that's a small price to pay. They keep you informed of where you are in the delivery process and customer service is terrific. I'm so glad I discovered this place online.

Great quality shirts. I get so many positive comments when I wear the shirts out to dinner. Also, the team at Royaura are great to work with, Cathy being my go to person.

All good. Ordering was easy and I enjoy the clothes. Sizing on one order was off but it was quickly resolved.

The communication is excellent and I appreciate the continued discounts to reward loyal shoppers.

The only frustrating aspect is the amount of time it takes to ship my product and then the time it takes the product to get to me. Otherwise, I'm very happy.

I like the bright colors & the overall fit of the shirts. I use them in a work-related casual activity (team building events) so the collar and the designs are important, as is the fit and quality of the fabric.

I just purchased shirts to celebrate Americas 250th! I love them. I have referred others to their site and will continue to order from them.

New designs, bright colors. Great mail service and good quality. I like the shirt pocket designs better.

Order took way too long to be delivered and I was very disappointed with the quality of the shirt itself. The stitching was very sloppy and the fabric was also very low quality. Color and style are good, but I would not recommend it to anyone.
